So I had my phone stolen and one of the employees there named Christopher helped me track it down and find it not only that but he also helped me get a new one after i had issues with the one I had lost he was very very helpful I was pleased with the service there and I will definitely be going back cause of him

Today I experienced excellent customer service. Hervin is very thorough and helpful. I wasnt sure if i was going to upgrade to a new phone. Hervin explained upgrades, differences, and all the features of the new phone without any pressure. You can absolutely tell he enjoys his job. He provideded service with a smile. Great experience and customer service!

My experience here is always awesome everyone is very nice and helpful. My go to guy is Cesar. He’s awesome very professional and he always willing to help me and everyone else including his coworkers. Every time I go Cesar has people waiting for him to help them he’s awesome.

Wow, came in here New Years Day and so happy I did. All the guys that worked at this store were kind and helpful and were able to get me the phone I wanted and transfer all my media to my new device. I would recommend everyone to go to this location on carmenita for exceptional service.

I was helped by Edgar and Cesar who were about to close the store. They decided to wait on me anyway as I was a customer. They were very friendly and professional and got my phone up and running in no time. I know there are T-​Mobiles all over and I would recommend going to this location.

I am so happy my husband changed our cell phone company to T-​Mobile with quality service a great welcome from all the staff and the manager David making sure we were getting service. We had a situation with our phones that needed much more assistance the gentleman Christopher was very patient with us very good service and Hirvin was taking care of all the details so sufficient and very professional made sure we understood all that was going to be done took the time to go over all the changes We thank all of you for your good service and also David for following thru to make sure we were happy we appreciate your great service.

Tell me why on a Sunday, they have 5 employees helping 3 customers when there is another 8 – 10 customers waiting. Apparently most of which to make a payment. Then 2 of them disappear to the back for more than 10 minutes. Horrible customer service!!! Better off going to the location at the quad. We waited 45 minutes and walked out the door empty handed.

Amazing customer service all around! This store always has such a great vibe. Associates are always nice and ready to help me out with nothing I may need. If I have phone issues, no problem! The managers there really go above and beyond for customers as well. Thank you guys for always taking care of me. They have recently remodeled the store and it looks fantastic! Wait time is very minimal, so if you need anything this is the STORE to go to!

T Mobile is the worst company, I recommend you going to another company like verizon even metro. And the reason I’m saying this they have bad reception, and to top it off they blame me for something I never did… I send my old phone and they received it broken so they’re charging me $ 400 and they said they guarantee me that it wasn’t them or UPS shipping. I asked Rob P he’s a supervisor from tmobile how can you guarantee me that it wasn’t them or you guys and you just want to blame me for I could pay. … I even told him check your camera’s check your videos and this is what he said the only thing that I could tell you is that you could make
payments… Not a good company stay away I didn’t want to listen to my brother I learned the hard way

By far the best visit, Edgar exceeded my expectation! I really recommend his services!!! All the associates are giving the best service. Efrain and another young guy closing today all in good attitude with good ethics. They are really suited for their jobs. You can tell these guys love their jobs it gives the customer a good experience and a want to go back!

Seriously this review is long over due. I come here often to pay my bill and I consistently buy new devices. The staff here is amazing. I’ve been helped by most of the staff and this location by far has the friendliest employees. They get pretty busy here and sometimes the machine to pay your bill doesn’t work. Other than that I love this location

Walked in almost closing time. I was greeted right away! When it was my turn Paola help me. She was very nice and super helpful. She put my screen protector on my new phone which was cool because it’s frustrating trying to put it and get it straight. Walked out with the note 4!
Walked in today another great visit. Karla an employee who helped me almost 3 yrs ago was there. She is the best always shares her knowledge and is always helpful. All the ladies at this location on 2.12.15 around 11ish were working hard they had a packed store.

The manager at this location Martha Flores not only lacks customer service but is extremely rude. I started my service in February I previously had Verizon. I sold my iPhone 5 to T mobile which I found out 7 months later was never credited to my account. After calling multiple times I finally called customer service which instructed me how to handle the situation. I called back the sales associates gave me the run around until I said I was going to make a complaint. The manager calls me back after a week of waiting and is very rude and short. I called customer service back which credited my bill correctly. The associate pretty much stole
My phone. The manager wouldn’t give my her dealer code because she knew they were in the wrong. I’m now waiting for her District Manager to call me. I also worked with a asso. Named Victor Salazar who made promised he did not keep and the asso who started this mess is David Hernandez. RUN FROM THIS LOCATION !!! Love t mobile. BUT THIS TEAM IS FRUAD !!!
