Tucked away in a little strip-mall in midtown — next to Verde Juice — is a multi-faceted gem of a consignment store, perhaps the best one in Santa Fe for furniture. With an extraordinary and diverse range of styles ranging from early American and European primitive to Mid-Century Modern — with a large assortment of Native American silver and turquoise plus a well-curated selection of Navajo and Tibetan textiles and some stunning ceramics thrown in for good measure — their stock is ever expanding and always a delight to browse. And their prices!!! wowza!!! while I always have a brimming«dream list» of items(Eastlake, marble-topped side-tables for $ 250; a stunning Eames [???] pine screen; a Rookwood vase), I’ve sated my short-term hunger there with brightly enameled Japanese bowls for $ 30 and other«mad-money» purchases that have made me giddy with happiness. Diane et al are warm and welcoming and while they are phenomenally helpful and knowledgable when called upon to help, are more than content to allow one to browse at ones leisure. What can I say? I love this store! Run: do not walk(ok, drive your SUV over there: they have ample parking out front) to Santa Fe Consign. You will NEVER regret it(& then grab a juice concoction at Verde and feel like the most virtuous Santa Fe-an EVAH!!!).

This is clearly Santa Fe’s best consignment shop. GREAT stuff, beautifully staged, fair prices. Its a huge place with lots of light. Sales staff was really friendly and fun to work with. Been back 3 times and there’s always lots of new inventory. Highly recommended!
