Bad service. Just as good to find a washing machine somewhere. The clothes doesn’t get clean, it’s slow and overpriced. Go somewhere else. Edit/I went to Classy Cleaners on Lincoln instead. $ 2 cheaper, faster and it got clean this time. I guess any place is better than Aaron’s.

Been going here for 6yrs, have never had any issues. He’s the sweetest man, always friendly and remembers my name. Price is higher than others but it’s worth the consistency and efficiency.

I have used this place for over two years for all my dry cleaning. Generally a big fan, reliable service, and good quality work. Also much cheaper than some other places in Santa Monica.

I liked that they were a block from my house but they used a paper tracking system, not a computer, and lost one of my dress shirts in this outdated process. Then they tried to overcharge me as the clearly posted price for my two items was $ 7, but they wanted $ 8.50. When I asked why, they said that’s what it costs. I pointed out that clearly it doesn’t add up, and after careful consideration on their end(which was weird that any deliberation was even remotely needed), he allowed it. Therefore…I now don’t trust their pricing. Plus, they have a $ 10 credit card minimum… which is against credit card policies and is my pet peeve.

Worst dry cleaners ever, well at least worst in Santa Monica! Don’t take your clothing here. Overpriced, takes forever, and I could only pay in cash. I also think they outsource their dry cleaning, too. I like Classy Cleaners on Lincoln(see review). Cheaper, faster, done on premises, you can pay with credit card, and they always give me a discount.
