We have enjoyed technical support for our computers by John Compton of Avenue 18 Computers for almost twenty years now. John is helpful and knowledgeable and has been invaluable in his availability to consult as needed. His specialization is personal computers in the Santa Monica area, I believe. We appreciate his skill in helping us out whenever any computer question happens along and enjoy his gentle humor as well.
John is one who always likes «to stay ahead of the curve» in regards to all things computer and this once computer-​novice has greatly appreciated his assistance through the years.
John, thank you so much for your ever cheerful assistance! You have explained and assisted, repaired and replaced, recommended and humored this once inexperienced computer-​user. We appreciate having you to go to when our computer goes awry or becomes incomprehensible. Computers have become an indispensable part of our everyday lives and so is a computer tech who has been able to answer any question that arises about how to use our computer and why it may be behaving the way it is.
