Couldn’t be more satisfied. Great service. Polite. Prompt. Knowledgeable. I took in a printer. It was fixed in two days, a reasonable price and the gentleman even helped me carry it to the car!

I had a Brother inkjet Multi-​Function Printer/​Scanner/​Fax machine go bad. I took it to Signal who was listed on the Brother site as an authorized repair shop. They charged me $ 29 to diagnose the problem, but also told me I should call Brother because even though the machine was out of warranty, that Brother sometimes extended the warranty because of a known print-​head defect. I called Brother and sure enough, they told me the warranty was extended and they would ship me a replacement machine FREE of charge (and I didn’t even have to return the broken machine)! I called Signal Electronics and they credited the $ 29 back to my credit card. I picked up the machine, and now am awaiting the replacement from Brother.
I value the absolute honesty with which Signal Electronics handled this issue. THANK YOU, Signal!

I couldn’t ask for more from this business: professional, help-​full, friendly and most importantly, competent!
I took my laptop for a consult and within just a couple of days my laptop was running just like new. They also provided advise on how to improve my system without any sales pressure. I highly recommend this business for any computer service you may have.

It took awhile to diagnose my printer, but he kept at it until all the problems were fixed. Patient and explained everything to me. Prices quite reasonable.
