Mcdonalds is the classic. What can be better than classic?
I tried a lot of fast food, but always come back here.
Somehow, they found the best formulae of burger where even nothing to add.just. perfect
I know many people dislike it nowadays but I really love it!

This ugly dirty looking girl name ASHLEY at drive thru cashier has an attitude. I was checking my order with her and she got the order wrong and she said «Whatever». Very rude. They have to replace her.

I suppose I have learned my lesson about eating fast food these days. When I was a child McDonald’s had better quality food than it does today. I’m not a fan of fast food, but I decided to stop by this McDonald’s and was pleasantly greeted by the cashier, little did I know what was ahead. I can’t tell you how long I waited to get a Big Mac and a side salad to go. I can tell you it was not worth the price or the quantity of the Big Mac! When I got it home, I wished I had opened the container there because seriously, Where Was The Meat?!
Thank goodness I took a picture to back this up, and I will never eat at McDonald’s again!

Ordered thru the drive for two drinkes. One diet, one regular. Cashier didnt even say hello and opened his window half way, didnt smile or repeat my order.
Then i get to the second window for my drink and this dirty looking girl has an attitude, not charming at all. I asked her a question about my order and snapped at me. Rude, inconsiderate staff.

The worst customer service ever … They play games, laughs at you, rude, ignore you… terrible service, especially with night crew

I would appreciate it if your employees did their job correctly and didn’t call my friends girlfriend a bitch, and how about some fresh food next time?

McDonald’s — I appreciate going to your restaurant and ordering a sandwich, waiting 15 minutes to be served a cold sandwich on rock hard bread. Then to bring it to one of the employees attention and be ridiculed about wanting a new one. Wait 15 minutes for a new sandwich which still had not even been made and request a refund. Was told my sandwich would be «right up», After my refund was processed the cashier called my girlfriend a bitch as we walk away. The restaurant was a absolute disaster there is 25 tables there, 3 parties of people and the other 22 have trash and food wrappers all over them and haven’t been cleaned off, we were there over 40 minutes and not once did a employee try to clean the dining area. Rather the employees would like to talk about customers and their orders and make fun of people wanting a hot sandwich. It’s absolutely amazing the service you guys provide and to think these same workers want $ 15 an hour. My absolute favorite, was after I returned the sandwich and was waiting for the new one I asked how much longer it would be after already waiting 10 minutes and was told «well if you want fresh you have to wait longer» I didn’t know there was a option for old and cold or fresh and warm. Interesting to say the least

I was there yesterday with my friend Khiem … We both love the infamous Big Macs but this time ours were served cold and shame on us for asking for new ones that were actually done right … We got looked down upon and given attitude, it’s like these people don’t care for our satisfaction … Never again will I come here

The people who work at this McDonalds are so unprofessional! The cashier just me «they’re not taking orders because they’re cleaning, so I couldn’t order an ice cream for my son but the cashier was eating a McFlurry!!! RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!! AND… We were trapped inside and the worker told us to «just move the chair» away from the door so we can be able to walk out. AND… their fryer was broken so my son (the same one who couldn’t order an ice cream) had to wait for his fries… when he was done with his nuggets. NEVER coming to this McDonalds again. Shane on the employees and owner for letting it get this bad.

Frankly I have not been to this McDonald in a long time because in the past it was dirty! So I was quite impressed with the changes made at this McDonald! My food was quickly made and hot!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. McDonald’s is my favorite restaurant in the world, so I’ve been to a lot. This one couldn’t score lower. They missed an item on my order, so it took them 4 minutes to find the person with a code to fix it. Then I finally got my chicken nuggets. But when I did, of course they forgot the sauce I requested. So when I went back to tell them they forgot, not only did they not say sorry, they only gave me 2 sauces for 20 nuggets. Their wifi is also too slow to use, so I’m sure they’re avoiding lots of negative reviews because no one can connect to their internet to leave one. Also, they are the most expensive one I’ve been to. While lots of other mcodnalds are doing 2 apple pies for one dollar, and any size soda for $ 1, this one does not. Worst experience at any McDonald’s. Will not come back to it when I visit Santa Monica

Massive FAIL! It’s March 15^th. I stopped here to grab dinner and my annual Shamrock Shake and was told this location was not doing Shamrock Shakes this year! You shouldn’t even be able to call yourself McDonald’s if you don’t want to sell this icon of the franchise. I left without buying anything. Guess I’ll be heading to the McDonald’s by work instead to get my yearly fix.

I came to this mc Donald’s on a Saturday night at 12 am there was no line, I paid for my food and I literally waited in my car for 15 minutes all I received where my drinks and then they come back to the window to see if all I had ordered was an ice cream cone. It took them about 20 minutes to finally give me a cheese burger and fries. This is the longest I have ever waited at an empty mc Donald’s. Should have just gone to Carl’s Jr. Across the street

They must’ve got new management because this place used to be on top of things. They no longer give receipts, you have to remember your number, and they run out of items such as orange juice. Whomever is in charge really dropped the ball here.

It does not get any fresher than this!
I took my wife here on our honeymoon, I could not believe how good these French Fries were.
My wife went a little crazy and ordered a 50 piece Chicken Nuggets, and I did the usual: 6 Piece, large fry, cheeseburger and Oreo Mcflurry.
My wife was busy eating her 48^th nugget when all of a sudden…

Great store! Clean friendly staff in one of the newer remodels. Love the premium grilled chicken wrap & hubby loves breakfast ALL day!

$ 15 an hour… These people are not very bright or useful honestly. I’d rather be working with a machine.

It’s not that damn hard!

I made a stop at this McDonalds drive-​thru last night. The service was horrible! The service was so slow! It felt like I was in line for like 20 minutes! Also, my fries were kind of cold.

Love this location can’t find anything wrong with it and i work nearby and I once went and ordered thru drive thru and they didn’t take long at all and I went around 10 pm I mostly like coming here mornings it’s very clean and it’s beautiful outside,
And a + because of their roomy parking even across the street
