«Hello…Hello…» Crickets. That was my experience at this«…don’t let the door hit you on the way out…» Sub par subway franchise soon to be(hopefully) a Starbucks. Staff was rude, rather be somewhere else with their over botoxed(expressionless) faces reminiscent of a walking dead episode. I’d rather go to 7 – 11 for a premade bologna sandwich than return to this dump.

This is by far the WORST Subway franchise ever. The employees are rude, not helpful and have zero customer care. Especially Miguel, he is the most discourteous and ill-mannered of the bunch of the most ungracious subway employees. Your store needs a serious overhaul in the personnel department. Not only are the employees in foul moods, but they lack basic communication skills, are poorly trained and are incapable of dealing with coupons. Everything is a struggle for them, they basically can barely be bothered. On many occasions, if not most, no one was in the front of the store to greet customers, I had to call out numerous times to get anyone’s attention. Even after initiating a hello, the employees don’t acknowledge and greet customers. I won’t be back:(((

Came here after my evening workout. The worker who made my sub(s) was named Bryant. Good customer service. Spoke very kindly and made my subs exactly how I like them. From the minute I walked in, he did not miss a greeting. He was already helping a previous customer but was on top of his game with new clients walking in. On to the subs: five stars for the quality of the bread, meats, and toppings. Not too much of any one sauce, evenly spread and just downright delicious. Will come here again. Highly recommend. Good food, good service, good times.
