Great Cuts

Customer Service was decent. This was my fifth trip back to this place and didn’t realize they charge 2.00 extra just to rinse my hair. I told Lucy (hair stylist) that I was never charged before and if this was something new. She insisted that they always charged extra. I felt that they should have at least have it posted on their pricing.

Great place for your hairstyling needs

I came here last year and did not have a good experience. I posted a terrible review. To my surprise, the Regional Manager, DeeAnne, contacted me, and made things right. I have never had a company care enough about their business to reach out and fix things.
Kudos to DeeAnne and the Franchise Owner! I would give more stars if the service was great the first time. Do go to Great Cuts for your hair styling needs.

I’ve used this place a couple times for me and my boys 8 and 12. The haircuts have always been great. The hairstylist friendly but more on the quiet side. Perhaps a different person than the one mentioned in the neg reviews? Cheap $ 13 haircut + $ 2 tip. Not usually crowded either.

So I went in for a haircut yesterday. The lady must have been really slow or had some sort of speech impediment. But any way she cut my hair, I paid 20 on a 13 dollar haircut. Told her keep the change. I got home in better light and realized my hair was still just a tad long and seemed sloppy. So I went in today, the next day. To find the same, with sitting there on her cellphone on facebook with out a client to be seen. I tell her I just want to take a little more off the top and clean up the sides and she says she will charge me for a whole new hair cut. I’m sorry but this is some off he worst customer care i have ever experienced. And not only will I never be back, but I will scream from the mountain tops to anyone who will, listen about how terrible great cuts is. And I hope they get shut down soon.

The lady argues with u about how u want ur hair u can’t have it the way u want it. Her hair cuts r so bad. My hair looks nothing like what I wanted. I know it’s hair and it goes back but some of my have is almost to the scalp and I have longer hair it’s all uneven all she really want u to have is layers I hate layers. Worst place to go save ur money!
