Very dirty store. Floors and fixtures are dirty and there are large dust bunnies in the changing rooms and all over the store. Lots of associates standing around doing nothing and hangers, clothing and trash everywhere in every department. The good, clean old navy in Coddingtown closed. This manager needs to clean this place up. Even behind the register there were piles of stuff everywhere.

Really poor use of staff this holiday season! I was just in line for over 30 minutes while only 2 of the 6 cash registers were being used! R

Super attentive staff and there’s a terrific sale happening now! It’s cyber Monday and the entire store is 50% off, no exclusions!
I’ll write more another time. Right I just want to shop!

I come to this store at least 3 times per month and I get some of the best deals ever!!! My mother comes with me as we’ll and we both leave the store happy. I am not very picky at all and if I don’t find what I need I usually go to the other store in coddingtown or online. It would never be reason enough to give a bad review. The customer service is usually good never great but they are very polite and always take my coupons.

Kids clothes are decent. I only gave it 2 stars because I never find anything decent for myself or husband at ANY Old Navy.
