A hidden gem! I came in to get a repair on my lunch break. Nice staff, cheap prices and good work.

Love this place. Jennifer is the best she can do any design you like. Glad I finally found a place a can stick too. No more looking.

It’s close to my house and I love this place. I always go to the owner on the first nail station as you walk in to your left but this time I got Tina and she’s very sweet and doesn’t file your natural nail very thin like other places. I’ll be coming back very soon!
One thing I noticed was that when they are super busy and you decide to just walk in, expect to wait for about 15 – 30 minutes.

Decided to go here and try this place with my friend who loves them. (I usually go to 7 nail spa). I only needed a fill, my friend needed a whole new set. I picked out a gel color and sat down for my fill. I feel it was a little rushed and although I said I wanted short and square, she did not really do that. She filed my nails down shorter but did not even bother to make sure they were the same length. She also did not bother to make them straight. All of my nails are crooked. Once she was done with my fill a younger girl sat down to paint my nails. I picked this neon green gel color and wanted one nail to have a zebra design. Easy enough. Well after she put the 2^nd coat on my nails I noticed that the paint had this weird wavy look to it. I showed it to the girl who said something to the lady who did my fill in their language and took out the buffer to remove the color from my thumb and middle finger. I looked at my other hand and saw the same thing on my middle finger nail and showed her. She buffed that one off as well and was going to repaint them when I took a closer look and ALL of my nails looked terrible. So I asked her to remove the polish completely and do another color. She again said something to the other lady and took off the color. I choose another color and she painted them. The lady who did my fill came over and said «this is better color for you. You didn’t like the other one» I DID like the first color but clearly it was a bad color or old or something but she made it seem like I changed my mind about the color after it was on. That was annoying. I still got my design and I love the color and design a lot. But the thing that made my decision not to go back is that they charged me $ 35 for this and my friend $ 37. I got a fill… She got an entire new set! What?! I have a feeling that I was charged extra for wanting a different nail color which is completely unfair since that color was the problem. Not cool.

Seriously was not expecting to be so pleased with my results. I went in with all of my sisters and we all 5 of us were in and out within an hour. The women in there are the sweetest and do a beautiful job with a well priced manicure! I am absolutely in love with my nails and I would definitely recommend!

I went here with my sister the other est and we were amazed by the skill and efficience of the workers. I reccomend Jennifer. She works wonders

They do a good job with gel. Price is unbeatable, you don’t have to wait long and the women are really nice =)

When I walked in I knew I should have turned around & walked out. This place was dirty & the nail tech was incredibly SLOW! I asked her not to do the full pedicure bc her tools looked like they didn’t get cleaned often.
I just asked for a gel on my toes & fingers. She ONLY PAINTED & it took almost 3hrs, $ 70, and it came off the next day.
I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place is not worth the money!

First off, the ladies that work there are rude and have obviously not had any costumer service training. Second, my manicure was rushed and poorly done. Third, she wasn’t paying attention and cut my finger which bled out! Forth, the damn lady was texting during my manicure!!!
Never again…

I don’t understand the lower ratings. Over the years, I’ve been to numerous nail salons in the Rohnert Park/​Santa Rosa area — and this is at the top of the list. I’ve been going here almost 2x/​month for the last couple of years. The center that it is in is a little sketch (and I’ve seen some crazy stuff happen out the window) but okay if you go in the daytime and can park out front.
Their prices can’t be beat, especially considering the service they provide. For instance, but a lot of places don’t provide a hot towel during a pedicure. There’s a few extra touches here that most other places that charge the same or more do not provide.
Kim is my favorite, but all the girls are pretty good. Tina does a great job on pedicures, but I don’t like her to do my gel nails — she has a different technique than the others, and the polish doesn’t seem to hold up as long. I never make an appointment, and most of the time I do not have to wait or the wait is about 5 minutes.
The employees are very accommodating. They’re open until 7 on weekdays, but I’ve seen some customers come in close (or at/​past closing) and there never seems to be any signs of complaint or annoyance from the employees at helping these people.

I dropped in on a Sat am, and Kim fit me in for gels, which took about 50 mins. She was quick, very clean with all her materials, and the salon was very pleasant!

I’ve come here twice now and I’m definitely happy with the results. Tan has done my nails both times and she is a total sweetheart, professional and quick. It’s located in a somewhat dingy shopping center, and it’s certainly not the most glamorous place, but they do have a large bowl of jolly ranchers that make me happy! First time I came about a week ago I got a gel manicure (black with sparkles on top). I came back today because 3 nails had peeled off (well, I peeled them off, but only because the gel had lifted off the nail). Working in a restaurant and constantly washing my hands, I generally have pretty low expectations for the staying power of manicures, but my nails still look great and Tan fixed the three nails free of charge. I stuck around and got a great pedicure, too :) There’s tons of nails places in Santa Rosa, but this place is always packed, and there seems to be a ton of regulars which speaks for itself. Oh, and if anyone else is wondering where the Super Nails I is like I was, it is now closed.

Have been going now for the last 4 years on visits to SR and am very very pleased with the service! Friendly staff, great pedicures and manicures, and they do a great job of doing french tips on natural nails.
Quick tip: Fridays are pretty busy, try to do Thursday if you want to be weekend-​ready without a wait.

I love love love this place, prices are decent, they are always friendly and as far as I can tell they don’t talk crap about their customers as much as other salons do… which is nice. The woman I had do my nails was very ocd about the lengths on my nails, she wanted to make sure they were all even and symmetrical. Nails were beautiful and lasted very long. I would def recommend coming here!

This place isn’t that bad. They give a great French manicure and great toe designs. Ask for Kim she is the best at both. Is she super nice? No, but who cares when your nails look great!

Worst manicure ever! I went there the day before my wedding for a French Mani/​pedi. The pedicure was OK but the woman cut all my nails off for my manicure! I had been growing my nails for a month and they looked liked nubs when she was done. If it hadn’t been for my friend, I would have left in tears. Besides that, the polish started chipping during the ceremony. I was so upset. Stay away from this place for an important occasion.
