My favorite smoke shop! I’ve been to many but I hate being followed around like I’m going to steal or something. The guy who greeted me and my boyfriend was so helpful and patient with us, I felt So comfortable and everyone is friendly. I wanted yo buy a nice piece since I broke my first dab rig. RIP Lol. I decided to go all out and buy a diamonglass piece and usually I have a hard time findings smoke shops that even carry diamonglass. I will come again! (: ended up walking out with a big diamonglass piece that Ill use for dabbing. So excited!

Best smoke shop in Santa Rosa. Within seconds you’re greeted with a genuine smiling face eager to help you and always willing to go the extra mile. Even the younger employees are on point here. Don’t know if this shop is owned by one of the guys I see here every time I come but these guys seem to have some serious drive, positive vibes, and are destined to succeed. Always take their recommendation on ejuice. They’re yet to fail me and have a killer selection! Thanks, ya’ll.

I was referred to Underground Smoke Shop by my regular shop, because they were out of the product I needed. Underground employees were very nice, and helpful. Though their shop is somewhat out of my way, it is great to know that I have a «back up» shop, if need be! Thanks, guys, for being so helpful!

I love this place. My boyfriend and I have been to almost all the smoke shops in Santa Rosa and hadn’t found one that we really liked. Most places didn’t really have much to offer for hookah supplies since that’s what we were looking for, then we found this place. We were looking for a replacement piece for our hookah and while they didn’t have it, they gave us a deal on a new one. They are also the only store I’ve seen carry Fumari shisha which is in my opinion the best. All the guys who work here are super nice and knowledgeable and I enjoy shopping here.

Even though I didn’t find exactly what I wanted, the employee was helpful and filled a couple pieces with water for me to try out. He was chill and honest and I appreciate that. I hope I can come buy something here in the future.

I’m a local glass blower in Santa Rosa this place sucks they are a pain in the but to work with. They try to price rape me when I go in there. most of there glass is from China

The Underground smoke shop is the best smoke shop in sonoma county. they will set you up with whatever you need. high end tobacco and tobacco smoking accessories, an awesome selection of ecigs and glassware at prices that cant be beat.

I agree with below. It’s not where you should head for a cigar. I was there early, and the morning sun blasts the cigar counter. I can’t imagine they’re good. But, for glassware, it’s pretty top notch. They have a decent pipe selection, and a huge variety of bigger pieces, from no names, to generic glass-​on-​glass, to name brands. Very competitive pricing, cheaper than the Quinn and citrus and spot on with peace-​pipe. Guy was really helpful, opened cabinets and junk, didn’t get annoyed when i didn’t buy at first. Then, when I picked my piece, he worked a deal with me on a nicer bowl piece, cut 8 bucks off the price, and gave me a free lighter. And not a crack lighter, a legit Bic haha. Overall it’s a decent place, I’d go back.
Also, it’s nice to find a smoke shop that takes credit and doesn’t charge you a couple bucks for the privilege of taking your money.

Underground Inhale Smoke is an emporium of literally hundreds of glassware in various hues. glassware is for smoking. other paraphenelia are also aviailable…
miniscule cigar selection in the front left corner. unsure if direct sunlight shone on the gars or not. tasted dry, a bit harsh.
