Sutter Urgent Care, Santa Rosa

I have had to go to the Sutter Urgent Care twice recently. I have went to other Urgent Cares before but when I walked into this one it was the complete opposite. From the people working the front desk where you sign in, to the MA that take you to the room for vitals etc., to the final part of seeing the doctor was great. Yes of course you go there because your sick and they definitely treat you with the utmost respect, care, and concern. I was so impressed as the other urgent cares were nothing like this. I am grateful that this Urgent Care is open and staffed with such amazing employee’s that are genuine. It is also very clean and organized.

Was checked in and got out in less than 2 hours. Front desk woman, nurse and Doctor were professional and courteous. The facility is new, clean, and convenient location.

I needed medical assistance after lacerating my finger. I was referred to Sutter Urgent Care and couldn’t have been happier with the way I was treated and the service provided. Dr Franklin is experienced and knowledgable with a vibrant personality. He explained my situation and informed me on how to care for my injury. His assistants Katie and Andrea were extremely friendly and helpful which made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Sutter Urgent Care to anyone who needs immediate medical assistance.

I have been practicing medicine for 22 years. It is rare that I personally need to be the patient. Last night I needed to see a doctor urgently. I had heard that Sutter opened an urgent care close to where I live. It is actually in the same building where I see my primary care Nurse Practitioner. Very convenient. I know that a lot of people don’t know about this yet, so I was fortunate to walk in and be the only patient there. Janelle checked me in, she was quick and friendly and professional. The MA was Veronica (hopefully I remembered her name correctly), Again, she was professional, friendly, and caring. Dr. Franklin promptly saw me. It is rare these days to have a doctor with such great bedside manner. I felt immediately comfortable with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and I left feeling confident in the treatment and follow-​up plan that he suggested. The office is immaculate and modern. Hopefully you won’t get sick, but if you do, you will know where to go.
