White trash staff, hygiene was poor the female staff had food all over her face and smelled musty, miserable attitude at both stores.

Extremely rude staff. Waited for 20 mins to be helped. One girl was helping people and the 2 others were just chit chatting in the back. I finally tried on a pair of boots and one of the lace loops was missing. They told me I could send them in. I didn’t even buy them yet…
Then this short little girl «Jess», apparently a manager made it seem like I was an inconvenience by asking her to try on a pair of pants. A few of my friends recommended work world but I won’t be going back. And if corporate reads this. Fire that short girl jess because her attitude does not belong in a retail position.

If you buy anything from this store make sure to ask about the returns policy. We bought a pair of shoes worth 100 (wore them once) only to be the most uncomfortable shoes in the world. We tried to get store credit or exchange them (not a refund) and they said they look like they been tore up. First of all thats how we bought them for the «rustic» look and whoever helped us never mention to us that those shoes didnt have a comfortability guaranteed. This store should just close and put in a cabela’s and hope they dont hire the same people.

I was just in there and I was rudely approached by the management. They saw me take a picture of the store sign and the boots I was going to get my wife to buy me later today. Why they felt threatened by me? I have no idea but they couldve handled the situation a lot better. Funny to think I was going to do most of my xmas shopping there … not anymore!
