In-N-Out Burger

Great burgers and fries, when people come into town I all always take them there for great take out

Delicious Hamburger during the hottest & most humid day :) I can simply eat In-​N-​Out daily if I could!

Honestly who doesn’t like these burgers? My family and I have been so happy that we have an In-​N-​Out so close to us. Before we had to go to El Cajon which was still Worth the drive and honestly not that far, But now it’s practically around the corner and makes going a lot easier.
The food is always fresh crisp and delicious. The employees are always friendly. This is just a great company. If you look at just about any Unilocal review for In-​N-​Out just about all of them have four or 4 ½ stars which is really good for a restaurant and especially fast food restaurants. Seriously even some of the best restaurants in town don’t get 4 ½ stars. I’m giving them five stars because I’ve never been disappointed hear the hardest part is the wait if you come during our rush-​hour time but honestly that’s to be expected with a popular joint like this. If you’re new to California and have never been to an In-​N-​Out this is as good as any to visit.

Everything is good about this place. I’ve never brought home any wrong orders, everything is always triple checked and the kids even love the stickers they give us. The windows looking into the restaurant are really a great part of the building design. The kids love to watch the food prep and goofy faces the workers give every once in a while.

Solid. In N Out seems to be one of the most consistent fast food chains. Good food for so cheap. Love it. Well worth the regular trips with out of town visitors.

Another great IN N OUT location that’s one of the newer ones in SD! Yummmm. Good customer service every time I’ve ordered here.

Not happy about my meal today. I don’t use Unilocal much, but this has to stop. I ordered a fry, well done, and a protein style (no bun) burger with ketchup pickles and mustard instead of the special sauce. The fries were horrible — obviously VERY overused oil — sour, rancid and inedible. Even my son won’t eat them, and he’ll eat anything. The only other place I’ve run into this is at Sonic — and Sonic is notoriously bad food, so what gives? Did you leave the burned-​out oil from the last week in the fryer? And the burger, ack– someone has GOT to regulate the amount of mustard and pickles you put on there. Especially when it is protein style, no bun to absorb anything. The mustard was oozing out of the lettuce-​wrap/​burger in all directions and there were like 6 pickles on it — big time overload — so between the two, the sour was incredible and my throat was stinging. Does your crew realize just how strong mustard really is, especially when you get a tablespoon or more of it on just one patty of meat with a little lettuce? I recommend having whoever does the condiments that day eat a tablespoon of straight mustard with nothing else, they will get the idea. I literally had to squeeze it out onto napkins. I had already left the place and had things to do so I could not wait for another burger, but I will be coming in for a refund on those fries soon. And no, I don’t want another fry, I want my money back — I don’t trust you after that.

This in and out is the least busy. Maybe it’s lucky timing. very clean customer service is always good here.

Their «grilled cheese» is the best! it’s a burger without the meat… it’s DELICIOUS! Since I am a vegetarian, it’s a great stop when my boys want a burger! Their animals fries are the BEST too!!!

This in n out has it down. Employees are usually very friendly. There’s almost always someone standing in the drive through lines to take orders. They’ve never messed up my order. Even with lines into the parking lot the line usually moves quickly and never takes more than 10 minutes.

Been to this location many times! Really nice service, and a quick expedited line, with exceptional customer service, each time.
Inside is open and clean (as clean as it can be during rush times) and the drive thru has a big window to watch how hard the employees are at work breaking down the potatoes! I will definitely come back each time to this location! One of the very best I’ve been to in CA!

If you’ve never had an in and out burger you need to. It’s kind of like a bucket list thing for California visits. The burgers are thin patties with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. You can get it animal style with grilled onions. Yum. I like to order the fries extra crispy. The milkshakes are really good. The menu never changes. Burgers, fries, drinks, shakes. It’s so popular that it’s sometimes difficult to find a table and the parking lot can get insane because of the drive thru.

Fast service, good customer service. The milk shake is to die for… sooooo yummy! !! And location is great, lots of stores around and tons of parking.

I just don’t get the hype for this place. It’s a simple burger joint.
It is however, always crowded. Dine In, or drive thru… Always clean, always pleasant. But being an islander (and boy do we love our mayo), they don’t have mayo…
That’s my only issue with this place. No mayo…

This in n out is by far the best in SD. I’ve always enjoyed in n out and I didn’t think it could get any better but apparently it can.
This places line always seems to go faster than the others and the service is always on point.
As far as the food, tastes just a tad better than the rest. Food is hot when served and they actually cook the cheese on. Every time I get cheese fries the cheese is always half melted on. This place always has their cheese melted all the way. :)

If you’re reading this im not sure what rock you just slithered out of. It’s In’n’Out. You know what’s here. You know it’s awesome and cheap but still amazingly clean. Just indulge yourself and get your friggin burger.

Really? you need to Unilocal about in n out? stop playing, get off your phone and get your in n out… crazy person, reading about in n out. are you really trying to decide to go? first off, you want a yummy burger? you want it now? like in say 10−15mins? Are you close to in n out, can you smell it? they direct that smell to the street and you know its like a wisp of smell that tickles your nose and guides you through the drive thru. neither you or your car touches the ground as you bounce along with the other cars…

Why do they ask this? its very personal. you know your fries are gone before you get home (order an extra one) and when you get to the burger, its like lizard jaw snap and a few bites. gone burger gone… am I going to eat in my car… mind your down damn business! I know its gone before I get home. all I do is basketball shot a wadded in n out bag while I finish my milkshake…
why not 5 stars? well its a great burger, but there are gourmet burgers which do trump this one. so based on flavor alone… well. price does win out. ugh decisions decisions.
but life is good, if that’s your decision. burger at in n out. seriously?

As a former planner in career, I am critical of traffic flow and patterns. This is the best laid out In-​N-​Out ever! Drive thru will minimally affect parking for in restaurant guests. Plenty of inside and outside seating.
Now on to the important stuff!!! Friendly staff great food quality and clean.

What could be better than the California Classic? Typical chain restaurant at this point but always trying to find new off-​menu items. Easy on and easy off the main drag here in Santee makes it somewhat busy constantly, but not nearly as bad as the ones right off the nearby freeways.

Given that I’ve eaten at every other In-​N-​Out on the PLANET, it’s hard to believe I have never eaten at this one! But I was hungry, and didn’t need an excuse. I was finally in the area so that I could drop by and check this store out! I wasn’t disappointed…
Most burger fans know that there is no better burger out there. So no need to heap praise. In-​N-​Out definitely makes a tasty burger!
The burger is, of course, customized: Mine are well-​done, no cheese, whole raw or grilled onion (depending on my mood), unsalted patty, and extra tomatoes. The onions give the kick, and the extra tomatoes lend a great tart-​sweetness. Without the added salt, the meat is almost an afterthought. I might be going vegetarian… Nah!
But let me tell my personal and best-​kept secret; no-​salt fries! Well, you have to be a potato fan, because without the salt, they don’t taste like potato chips anymore — they actually taste like potatoes. It they seem too bland (it is an acquired taste), you can add your own — they even give you a salt packet in case you change your mine once they are sitting in front of you. Once you’ve had these a few times, you will reel at the normally-​salted version. Tastes way too institutional — like the green beans they served you in the school cafeteria.
The restaurant was full with the usual suspects: A couple of Mormon missionaries in their crisp, white shirts, grandpa and grandma enjoying their double-​doubles, the high school girls not really eating anything (just watching), the construction workers on lunch break, etc.
This particular In-​N-​Out is much like all the others; friendly, clean, light, and bright. And predictable. I LOVE that.
So if you find yourself in Santee, come on in! You, also, won’t be disappointed.
