Sandwiches are lack luster at best. The grilled Pastrami Ruben tasted awful. Had they have made the grilled sandwich with condiments and veggies it may have tasted better. With no questions asked they made the grilled sandwich and handed it to me… It was terrible… For the price paid this was a bust. The turkey sandwich was better but not all that great either. Flavorless turkey was the first problem. Seriously lousy sandwiches served here.

This place is amazing! Cody and the other people that work there are funny as hell! They are talkative, pleasant, and nice! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Over priced for mediocre food and bad service. The place had poor service and the food is way overpriced.

I don’t buy the hype. Overpriced sandwiches for the quality. Foolishly went here out of hunger hoping to find some redeeming qualities but the cashier was brusque and my food was underwhelming. Pass.

Their sandwiches are horrible. Every jersey mikes place that I’ve gone to has been horrible. I honestly hate it. Subway is better than this place. Their customer service is ok, but other than that, I’m officially going to stop going to any jersey mikes. I don’t know how this is a chain.

3 plus maybe an extra .5 for freshness. They get points for slicing their meats and cheeses to order. You can definitely taste the difference in freshness and for a fast food joint, that can be key. However, freshness is one thing… flavor is another. While they excel in freshness, they lack in flavor. The only discernible tastes in the Supreme sub were the oil and vinegar sauce and an occasional hit of bacon. My personal preference is for thin cut meats so, another plus there… Thin cut cheese though? Might as well not even be there. The meats, cheese, toppings, and bread were of superior quality but had little taste. Subway has better flavor… And better prices. For the quality though, I’d say the prices here are appropriate.

I eat here a lot but today was not as good. The sandwich was made with the end cut with was dry. Then when I went to pay I gave the girl a $ 20 then asked her if I can give her 2 dollars so I would not get a bunk of 1s back she said she could no do it because she already entered it as 20. Do we still teach math? 11.60 from 20 is 8.40+ 2=10.40

I saw a few raves, some four star reviews and decided to give it a try. Late during the lunch hour, the turn over was good. The behind the counter was kinda confusing for a first timer. Ordered a «mini» and a «regular». Found out they equaled a quarter and half of a loaf. The menu board identified the various items with numbers. The numbers are not in sequence. i.e. Number 2 on the board might be below #7. For us seniors visually challenged, that might cause confusion or embarrassment. The sandwiches were at least on a par with Subway. Some suggestions: the preparer was slicing the filler, putting it on half of the bread, then putting on the scale, checking the weight taking it off the scale cutting more, adding, going back to the scale. I found this very time consuming and confusing. Some time during the four orders before mine the shift super had to come up and I suspect, zero the scale. Suggestion: have small paper take out menus available for us old folks so we can have our selections ID’ed before getting at the point of needing to recite it. Pay attention when we say«light lettuce». All in all the food deserves another visit. I’ll try to be a better more informed customer next time.

OK I am in love… this is an awesome sandwich place with great people working behind the counter. My favorite without a doubt is the #13 Mike’s Way.

Looking for a hearty sub? Fresh sliced ingredients? Friendly staff? Clean environment? The answer to every question is found at this Mikes. The few extra dollars you pay here versus their main competitor is well worth it. You are welcomed as you step in the door and small talk is generated as your order is prepared giving you that warm and fuzzy like you’ve been coming here for years. The menu is concise and easy to read. Sandwiches can be made to order as well. Two large TVs provide the latest games/news while soft rock envelopes your ear drums. The only ‘normal’ thing you’ll find here are the chips and drinks. Ample seating inside or out guarantee you a comfortable place to enjoy your mealtime.

Went in at lunch today to try it out. I give it 5 plus stars for service. Seriously some of the friendliest employees out there. Great asset to the company. The sandwich. Meh. Nothing great or would crave but it was okay. Locally submarina or honeys donuts sandwich(that place is bomb!) make better tasting sandwiches. For my money won’t go back.

Jersey Mikes is ok. I never crave it, but when I have it, it’s usually an enjoyable meal. We got some coupons for a buy one get one free so we decided to come down. Walked in and was greeted right away. The dude making my sandwich asked how my day was going and tried to shoot the shit the best he could. There were a lot of dudes working there. I counted at least 5 or so. A few of them looked like they weren’t doing shit and just kind of hanging out. Maybe a little too laid back? It didn’t irritate me or anything, just an observation. Anyways… placed our order. My wife got a Sub Club without mayo and I got a number 2, Jersey Shores Favorite made Mikes Way. We got a Pepsi and a water too. Total after the coupon was only $ 10.10. It was an excellent value with the coupon! The sandwiches were good. They do put a lot of oil and vinegar on them here. If you like that(I do) its great. If you were to get these to go and weren’t going to eat them for a bit, you may want to tell them easy on the oil. The bread was fresh, the meat is always freshly sliced and the taste was good. I’ll be back once another coupon comes in the mail.

I was happy to hear that Jersey Mike’s had improved the quality of their bread. It had been my issue with their sandwiches for some time, but know, they are better, but not perfect. I came in for dinner and order their regular roast beef with provolone on a wheat roll, some great BBQ chips, and a regular iced tea.( ) The sandwich was good, and I was pleased that they put a good amount of medium roast beef and an equal amount of nutty provolone cheese.( ) I had the sandwich Mike’s what so it had a good amount of oil and seasoning. Some of the roast beef was even on the rarer side, which put a smile on my face.( ) The wheat bread was not of dry as its predessor, but it still was not great. It had a little more of a chewy texture. I think next time I am going to ask for them to warm up the bread, to see how that works out. The employees were great. They greeted me when I walked in, were very friendly during my ordering and visit, and sent me off with a «have a good evening.» Nice service.
