My husband & I have been buying several pairs of shoes at Peltz on our trips to Florida for many years. We have been to both Sarasota stores three times in the last year and have walked out empty handed each time. Last week we went elsewhere and both of us were able to get the brand and exact style we were looking for, in the size we needed and at a lower cost than what Peltz had them. Peltz does have a variety to choose from but they don’t stock a full range of sizes any more. I get tired of the clerks telling me this shoe runs small, try the next size up. You can’t sell shoes if you don’t have the right sizes. We won’t be wasting our time at Peltz any more.

Selection was adequate but that was the only good part about my visit to this particular Peltz store. There were probably 5 people working in the store and every one of them asked me if I needed help. There’s a difference between good customer service and just annoying someone. Let me shop! The bathroom needs cleaned, but instead they placed 4 air freshness in the bathroom. Not even the good smelling air freshness, these were the cheap stinky ones. When I went to check out I said I had a coupon. The lady said these are only $ 60. I said only $ 60?! That’s a lot to me. She said well most coupons won’t work with this purchase. They didn’t take my coupon and I was left with a disappointing trip. I’ll go next door to kohls next time.

I visited Peltz Shoes recently and they were great. They have a wide variety of shoes and any kind of footwear needs. They also have really great sales from time to time. If you receive the weekend paper, I see coupons from time to time so you can receive extra savings. I will be going back here soon…

Went to this store this weekend and I have to say it was great. The store was nicely laid out, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and might I add the selection is out of this world. The variety of shoes is sheerly amazing, it’s not just a store catered to one style or a population but its diverse. 5 Stars for the great service and friendly staff, and great prices! I’ll definitely be shopping more at this store, I hear they have some local ones to my house, along with shopping online, phew that’ll make life easier!
