I’ve used a lot of storage facilities over the years. This was probably my lowest experience yet. After 2 years in this facility, and a rate increase every year, I headed to a nicer /​newer place that locks your rate for 18 months and understands the storage business. My problems with this place: (1) it’s the first one I’ve ever used that won’t allow you to throw out boxes and other stuff… to the point they lock their dumpster up. (2) NO CARTS! Every time I went, there are never carts available, because the only 2 they put out are in use. Show up when movers are there, and forget it. (3) Billing problems. Not only did they increase my rate twice, but screwed up many bills… even the last one. After telling them I was moving out and agreeing on the date… sure enough, I got billed for a full month later. Overall the building is okay, but there are so many options around here and a better experience.

Had a good experience over the weekend. Needed to pack and ship some stuff today. I fools all of the packing items I needed and got a discount on the boxes. Manager was pretty good and took care of me.

Used this place for a few years and had no complaints. Easy access, fair price, clean and secure. They even called me when I failed to lock my unit properly.

My husband and I moved our storage unit contents from north Sarasota to this location due to the proximity of our home. I was very impressed on many levels at this facility, especially in comparison to my previous storage experiences. «Yi» is extremely professional and efficient. She processed our request in minimal time with a friendly, outgoing personality. The facility in general appears to be new and it is impeccable. While I had personal safety concerns at our former facility, I have no concerns here as the property is safe, well lit and secure. Thanks, Yi!

My Storage unit is outdoors and found it clean
I got a immediate prorated refund of my pre-​paid month’s rent
Checking in for rental took 10 minutes, check out took 10 minutes
The warm personality and professionalism from the counter Woman made it a pleasure
Rates are competitive
