Basically you are here because your feet hurt and you are willing to try anything. The key item here are orthotics which ain’t cheap and cannot be returned. Figure a pair will cost 300 bucks. It takes between 45 minutes and a hour as you will try on several kinds trying to figure which is right for you. Make sure you are happy as there are no returns but they will adjust your pair as long as you own them.
