Everything is fine but internet here consistently sucks. The last 4 months I’ve come here occasionally and each time the WiFi practically doesn’t work, even at 7:30AM when there is no one else there with a laptop. It’s ok if you don’t want to maintain WiFi, but if that’s the case don’t advertise that you offer WiFi. To owner: I’m willing to edit/remove this review if you can show me you’ve fixed the problem.

I had to pee and this was the closest one where I was. Got an iced pumpkin latte to thank them. The drink was legit. Delicious goodness. Service was friendly and quick. Interior was clean and welcoming. I checked in on Unilocal and got a buck off. Hell Yeah! Made dat pumpkin latte hella worth it!

Very convenient coffee place near my house to get some work done, whether it be for work or school. Although Peet’s Coffee has a lot of tables and chairs to seat people, this chain in Saratoga always tends to be packed with coffee lovers and is rarely empty. There aren’t an abundance of available outlets, but you can definitely find one if you stay long enough as many people tend to come in and out of here within an hour for a quick read or coffee break. I would definitely recommend bringing earbuds/earphones if you are trying to get some work done here though, as there are always people chatting here. When it is empty, the classical music that they play is very relaxing. Every time that I’ve been here, the employees have been very friendly and attentive! I’ve never been disappointed with any of the drinks that I’ve ordered either. For a warm drink on a chilly fall day, I would recommend their Vanilla Latte. For those days where you crave something cold and refreshing, I would recommend their Iced Caramel Macchiato. As for the prices of their drinks, I believe that they are fairly average. However, the quality of Peet’s Coffee drinks are more than satisfactory in my opinion and better than your local Starbucks.

Service was okay — the cashier was a bit disorganized but very kind. I arrived at around 1pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t too crowded, but 2 or 3 hours later it was pretty much full. There were two families seated at the tables next to me. Still a good study spot, but maybe on a weekday when it’s less crowded. There were tables outside which seemed popular. Wifi wasn’t reliable, but the seating was comfortable and there were good places to sit and get work done. I’ll most likely be back on a weekday to study.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location! Every single barista is always in high spirits, at 6 in the morning or later in the afternoon; they always have so much fun behind the counter and their positive energy is contagious. They always make you feel welcome and service is generally pretty quick! There’s also a lot of seating inside and outside, and people definitely take advantage of it on he weekends. This is a great place to hang out or to get caffeinated on your way to work!

Peet’s is my go-to daily coffee shop that provides consistent quality service and beverages. Staff is always friendly and I’m usually in and out rather quickly. Drinks are properly made and shortcuts are rarely encountered. Even when such an anomaly occurs, staff is quick to provide a service recovery voucher for a complimentary beverage the next time around. Coffee shop is clean and Wifi is free. Do ask for a receipt as there may be a coupon for $ 1 off after completing a survey online!

This is my favorite Peet’s location! The staff are always very friendly. Service is quick and most of all the drinks are great. I love how they have almond milk in addition to soy ~ it’s perfect in a vanilla latte.

3.5 stars! This Peet’s is nice and spacious compared to the one on De Anza. There are a lot more seats inside, and the line hasn’t ever gotten too long the times I have been there. The outdoor seating area is shaded from this huge canopy of some sort of pea looking plant. The only complaint that I have for this Peet’s is the wifi. It either does not work at all or is SO slow that you can only load one page at a time. Even when I’m trying to open one page, it stops or cannot fully load. This is very frustrating when I come to work and spend half the time trying to open a page.

Another organized, comfortable nice Peets to enjoy. Customer service is up to Peets par and speciality drinks consistent. This one is a little bigger than the one on Camden so a bit more cozy! I love Peets the coffee stronger than Starbucks, the people and product better environment more enjoyable! This one too! :-).

I love this place, more out of nostalgia than anything else. This is the one coffee place within walking distance of my house, so my mom and I frequent it often when I am home(which isn’t very often anymore). It is large, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You mostly see older folks and families here, as it isn’t within walking distance of any of the local middle/high schools, which is a good thing if you are looking for a quiet place to study!

I have been here quite a few times. Today was a favorite day that prompted me to update my review. Evan, the manager, is such a very personable guy sho knows how to treat his customers very well. Hannah remembered me snd my name even after not coming in here for several months. Most impressive was Caleb(K-lub) the young barista, firefighter in training guy, who is the best example of a very people oriented person. Being treated so well by the employees I mentioned, will make me want to come back every time. Thank you.

I love this location! It’s so cozy and inviting and the staff here are always knowledgeable, efficient and courteous! No longer the areas best kept secret Peet’s as it gets crowded at all times of day and the week!

Peet’s has always been a better choice for me than Starbucks for many reasons but mostly because they get tea and they are really cool people — truly. In addition to the great service, awesome tea and convenient location — they know and remember me. Its awesome to have a Cheers experience. Thanks Chelsea! And now they have totally topped themselves: Literally I asked the day before my child’s elementary school fundraiser for a donation and guess what even though Evan the Manager was busy with a big meeting and whatnot he got me a donation created the same day! When I go to pick it up Bella goes out of her way to make sure that it looks lovely and to assist me more than I could ask — that is wonderful!

Internet sucks so bad. page loads in minutes… so go somewhere else to get internet access and get work done. The employees acknowledge that they have complained to Corporate about the slow internet but nothing has been done…

Wow, they do give free brewed coffee on Christmas Eve, and they even ask what size, shameless I said large. I did tip them a dollar though, so it’s not like I was being greedy. The place is great sit down and get some work done. The friendly staff help me feel accepted that I’m sitting here for couple hours to get work done. Five stars, better than Starbucks; and for corporate America, they are as far as I’ll support.

As I said to my wife that day, «these crazy b*tches don’t care about anything». Ghastly coffee. And I’m a man who hates Sbux but that would have been a huge improvement on this swill. They should shut this place down and start over. My wife is more of a Peet’s fan than I but I usually am impressed but this was particularly bad. It could have been that it was really close to the holidays and we got a staff that would have rather have been with their families or friends which is fair enough but it was quite out of place from what we normally experience.

Evan and his team rock! I’ve been coming to this Peet’s for over two years now. Everyone knows my name and drink order the moment I walk in. Even with the high turnover, it doesn’t take them long to know my drink without me ordering it. They are all so friendly and fun to talk to. It’s always crowded which to me, is great for business. They make fresh and delicious coffee and tea beverages and they never disappoint. They are always willing to adjust your drink if you’re not satisfied and offer you new ways to spruce up your ol’ «go-to» coffee! I’ll keep coming back as long as I live a few minutes away.

Nice place to hang out. Very cosy store with friendly staff. There have outdoor seating, but it’s pretty close to the street so you might have to deal with the traffic noise especially during the weekend. The indoor seating area is big, but can get crowded especially during weekend pretty and post lunch hours. Parking situation is hit and miss. Just walk if you live or work close by.

To the baristas at this Pete’s location. You guys are awesome! Not sure what happened to the older staff but you guys are good. My Espresso’s and special order drinks taste a lot better than before :) The location has outdoor seating and indoor seating and there is a lot of room. The WiFi is strong and when you check in on Unilocal, you will get a $ 1 off coupon. Makes it that much better.

I always come here when I don’t feel like going to a top tier coffee shop and when I remember that this location exists. I usually opt out for other places but I remembered to stop by this place and grab a quick drink. I can often get a deal so that is my incentive to come here more often. DRINKS: –Iced Vanilla Latte: This is the only drink that I’ve really ever had here. They don’t house make their own vanilla but what do I expect from a relatively cheap chain coffee shop? In my opinion, the latte part is average and even if it is done well it doesn’t really exceed my expectations but it does act as a satisfying drink. However, I do like how the bitterness of the latte contrasts the sweetness of the vanilla syrup. –Iced Latte: This is an okay drink. Like I said before the latte is average and nothing too great or special. It is better than the nearby Starbucks but doesn’t beat out Bitter+Sweet or Bellano, which are also nearby. I would probably just drive a few more miles away to get a much more superior latte. SERVICE: Eh I’ve had better. They’re pretty nice at times but other times they act clueless. However, they are never rude and are always patient and pleasant. SEATING/DECOR: There are usually a lot of seats and seating is available indoors and outdoors. The décor is pretty nice but I think it could use a little something because it’s kinda boring. OVERALL: This is a pretty nice Peet’s and I will return periodically to this location. There are many other places that I’d rather go to and out of all the Peet’s I find the quality of the Santana Row location to be the best. Still this one is closer to home and overall I will return to get a nice quick refreshing drink. OTHERINFO: –Highlights: Iced Vanilla Latte –Avoid: Nothing really –Credit cards are usable –Free wifi(Password necessary)
