Their food is freshly made, I saw food got out from cooking kitchens right away I went str8 for that entrée. Lol They are really friendly staff & ask every questions fit your needs. Like, I like my beef noodle soup medium spicy & they’re generous w/the noodles. They make 10−15mins. freshly made & it’s worth to wait.

Went to the Food Court at Square One Mall for phở, but Pholicious is apparently closed. Tried the wonton soup here instead, and enjoyed it. Table next to me was in the same boat: he came for some phở, but settled for soup with beef here. He was eating it, but didn’t like it.

They freshly cook your pad thai to your liking. I usually ask for extra extra spicy, no peanut on top but instead fried onions. :) [they are really friendly about it] The chicken pad thai is $ 5.99 which is such a good price compared to a lot of other places that charges $ 9-$ 13. And the portion is huge which I am happy with Down side is … it’s a bit too sweet x~x I tried their other quick dishes as well, it’s okay. I mean it’s just mall asian food.

Ruby Thai Kitchen is a good place to stop for fast food style Asian food, which is not really authentic Thai food, but closer to being like«Panda Express» Chinese food. I will sometimes stop at Ruby Thai Kitchen for a quick meal, while I’m shopping at the mall(I’ve been to several other food court locations in the US). They offer several Thai style meat dishes(mostly chicken choices), noodles, rice, vegetables, fried appetizers, Coke products, and bottled drinks. As for the pricing, they offer 1 Entrée Choice($ 5.69 w noodles or fried rice), 2 Entrée Choices($ 6.79 w noodles or fried rice/$ 7.99 w 16 oz fountain drink) and 3 Entrée Choices($ 7.89 w noodles or fried rice/$ 8.89 w 16 oz fountain drink). They also offer pad thai noodles and noodle soups. While shopping at the Square One Mall, I stopped in the food court for a quick dinner. I went with the 3 Entrée Choices with lo mein noodles and 16 oz Diet Coke($ 9.45 with tax) and chose Thai Spicy Chicken, Curry Thai Chicken, and Beef & Peppers. The portion of food was just right(not piping hot), which was very oily and greasy, meats were soft. The Thai Spicy Chicken was pretty good and the other two choices(curry chicken and beef & peppers) I had were alright and what I’d expect in a food court, food was sitting around while, ready to serve.
