Supercuts

Ive never been there before and will never go back. I was greeted after several minutes of waiting by someone to this moment i have no idea who they are?! She was non attentive and made me feel uncomfortanle with absolutely zero interaction except to upsell me. I asked for a root color she proceeded to put color all over because my multi colored hair was mentioned to which i responded i dont care. She took it upon herself to ignore that. The washing of my hair should be enjoyable welll it wasnt she hardly touched my scalp. She left me with soaked hair and stained skin! I got to my car and thank god i had hand sanitizer and a napkin. I sat for 20 minutes getting stains out of the skin around my whole hairline i looked ridicoulos! I cant believe she let me leave there like that!? She left my eyebrow raw from rubbing it even after i clearly was in pain with no regard from her. I was not offered the opportunity to return nor was any suggested products recommended? I tipped her extremely well for a horrible experience. Dont go there please.

I love going to this location! I always see Milena. She works weekends. She gives me a great cut all the time and she does amazing color jobs. I will be back in a few weeks to get my highlights done for spring and summer. It is a great shopping plaza with Starbucks and Trader Joes. You can get a lot done after or before your appointment!

In town for a few weeks, needed a trim.
I’ve been coming to this Supercuts for years, so I knew they were good.
Small wait when I walked in.
Excellent trim, nice shampoo.
Parking can get tight.

Indeed you get what you pay for. This was my first time to Supercuts. There was only a 5 minute wait and the haircut came out symmetric and even.
The only criticism I would have was stylist never introduced herself to me and she would blow on the clippers before using them on me. That’s kind of gross.

I’ll admit I do not cut my hair all that often… I usually wait until it gets too long… then I’ll randomly get sick of it, go visit Supercuts… have them hack off the pony tail, and I’ll mail it into Locks Of Love.
If your higher maintenance you may not like the quick and easy process of Supercuts. However, my mother and I have been enjoying their services for years! You can even call ahead to let them know you are coming in.
This location is in the Trader Joe’s plaza, by the Starbucks with a Drive-​Thru! The manager Dana is awesome! She used to work across the street at the southbound location.
Around Thanksgiving my boyfriend decided that it was time for a change and he wanted to cut his ponytail off. I suggested that we go see Dana and crew at Supercuts! We brought in a photo of the hairstyle he wanted and she did a fabulous job! We were even able to cut off 10 inches so it was donated to Locks of Love.
