Pizza Man of Savage

Pizza man has always offered some of the best product out there for pizza!
They deliver quality pies, and stellar service. All while being done by hand.
This store has no computers, no software, and uses a pen paper system. Very personally owned and operated. So if your looking for a pizza that was truly made for you, check out Pizza Man of Savage.
I see many poor reviews about Customer Service branching to many pizza places in our area. Many of them are clearly people who have not worked a «RUSH» food job. When you get put on hold, its for good reason. Their job is to answer phones, make food, and deal with customers in-​store FIRST. So calling in the middle of rush your going to get quick precise answers/​questions because, TIME IS MONEY.
Poor excuse to give a bad review and I see many for Pizza Man of Savage.
I always enjoy the Owner favorite or the (Taco Pizza) both are too die for!

Friendly feedback for Pizza Man of Savage: Get an Online Ordering System, so your unhappy, inpatient phone people don’t need to piss off prospective customers.
In the middle of doing an order just now, I actually politely said I’ll just go with another pizza place (of which there are plenty), and disconnected. (exactly 5:30 pm local time on Nov 10^th)
She had absolutely no interest in having a job taking orders for pizza, so why have the job? It’s weird.
The conversation:

Her: «Pizza Man please hold» click immediately on hold
Me: waiting a few minutes, not terribly long, about 90 seconds I’d say
Her: «What can I get you?»
Me: «I’d like to start with 2 of your orders of 10 Bone-​In wings»
Her: …literally cutting me off… «We only do them in 6 or 12 now»
Me: «I’m really sorry, 2 order of 12 will be fine»
Her: «Delivery or Pickup» in an astonishingly impatient voice
Me: «It think I’ll go with someone else tonight, thanks»
End of call.
Lesson learned for me. It’s going to be Carbone’s tonight, but really anything is better than having someone treat you like you’re bothering them at the end of a long work day in which I HAD to treat my customers well or I wouldn’t have a job.

The ordering can sometimes be frustrating leading to the occasional mistake such as our order being totally prepares incorrectly. That being said, upon 1 phone call they corrected it and sent out2 fresh correct pizzas which arrived VERY quickly. The pizza quality is VERY good here, every delivery driver that I have gotten has been super friendly and professional and every pizza has arrived not warm, but HOT! This is a good thing.
One word review: excellent

I know this is a pizza place so I feel bad for the low rating, which is based off a combination of many menu items.
Chicken wings are gooey and nasty, Caesar salad is top 5 worst I’ve ever had, same with the spaghetti and brownie bites take the cake for worst Pizza Man item, simply disgusting.
On the positive side, pizza was good, so my review is to warn everyone to not purchase anything but the pizza. We had the cheeseburger pizza with no onions. A bit more greasy than I would have liked but overall very good
Pizza mans delivery pizza man was very friendly and good at getting tips with complimenting my lawn :)

Love this Pizza Man! Under new mgmt. updated menu. Ordered a few times the service has been great, food was awesome and delivery was on time :)
