Art School Rentals

The club that is mentioned in the previous review has been closed down. The owners of ASR have tried for years to have that club closed and they have worked closely with the police to try and keep their teanants safe.
I moved into the apartment with full knowledge of where the location was and aware that many parts of Savannah are not good. The whole block is owned by the landlords and it is mostly students that live on that block. I was never lied to by the owners and they were very honest with me about what the neighborhood has been like in the past. With that said, nothing ever happened to me personally while living at the ASR apartment.
I would recommend them to my friends, they really care about their tenants and they try their best to get things done. They own the properties and have not just left them with someone else to run them.
