I hate giving places a bad review. I really do. Especially since I had a previous experience at this location & it was great. Walked up to the bar & this older heavy set lady asked. «Do you need something?» Why yes, I need your damn social security number… what do you think I need? A menu & a beverage would be nice. So she went on doing some busy work for about 10 min or so… we had to flag her down to order. Got the order in & she continued with her busy work. Her vibe was so off I didnt even want a cocktail from her & we all know I love a good drink! Our salad came out on time so we didn’t touch it. We knew it wouldn’t be long that our crap cake app would be out. 30 min later. No app, no food, & no update. We were just about to leave. We just didn’t care for her attitute or this long wait for no reason. The food finally arrives.(BTW we were there right around 4& there were hardly any tables in the dining area or the bar so we didn’t see what the delay was) OK. So the food is here. The medium Burger was right but they brought out bang bang shrimp instead of the crab cakes –____-. OK i realize things happen… i get it but it was just her lack of caring. Like she really could care less about us. Like at all. Not once did she apologize. She went on talking to other workers about the eff up instead of informing us the guest & asking are we OK. «CRAB cakes don’t take long… They’ll be out in 5 min» Which was true but once they were out they were too mushy & seemed to be rushed. We each had one bite & agreed we should stop eating & send it back. By this time we just ate our burger. We wanted the salad & crab cake off our bill. We enjoy eating them together before our meal. This is now ruined. Idk what her problem was this day but hopefully she fixed it. So we took our lil money & spent it downtown. Had a fabulous time at Chart House… Unilocalers y’all should check them out!

Great deal, 10 $ for a traditional Korean dish with yummy taste! The location is just beside the central square. The size is neither too big nor too small.

Let’s just say I went to bonefish and ordered almost everything on the menu lol. For starters ordered: Red Sangria(2) so delicious, Bang Bang Shrimp, Ahi Tuna, and Ceviche. All get 4 starts for there freshness! Dinner– Lamb Chops, Sirloin Steak, and Pad Thai. I’m very impressed because I wanted my pad Thai to be extra spicy! Usually nobody takes me serious anywhere I go. I literally requested«I’m going to die spicy» and that’s what I got! Yessss! Except I can handle it :) so kudos to bonefish grill and the awesome server Jelly(I believe) who actually wrote that in quotation marks on my order :)

I consider myself to be a seafood connoisseur so I was more than excited to try Bonefish Grill. The facility was very nice, well kept, and I loved the ambience. The wait staff was on point. Our waiter made sure we knew he was there for us. He kept our drink glasses filled and everything came out in a reasonable time. The Bang Bang shrimp was amazing, but my meal was not. I ate as much as I could stomach, but I ended up leaving a lot of my meal behind. I ordered the Snapper as it’s one of my favorite fish ever. It was overcooked and lacked flavor. I got a Mango salsa on the side to accompany it, and wish I’d just left it off my order. The Spaghetti squash was the fresh vegetable of the day. They should have left off the fresh part. It tasted old, as if they cooked it hours before and put it on our plate. And it also lacked taste. The sweet potato mash wasn’t impressive at all either. I had rather spend my money on something else. Maybe it was an off night. I’ll try another Bonefish Grill, hopefully my experience will be different. At least the bread was good.

Not a fan :(. The bang bang shrimp appetizer is great and obviously very popular but the service was not great. I asked for no tomato with my wedge salad and it came with tomato. I asked for water with no ice and it came with ice. I think that is server 101, very important to me in a restaurant to get the order right. That is why the 3 stars.

We love bonefish! I have never had a bad experience there. I even tried a crab that was seasonal and on special one night. It WAS not my cup of tea per say. My waiter noticed this and actually MADE me reorder a meal with no charge for my crab meal. There crab stuffed tilapia is amazing. Never thought tilapia could rase so good. Bang bang shrimp, awesome. Their chicken and other dishes have been wonderful too.

This is our anniversary go to! Every thing comes out great. Service is awesome. This year for our anniversary they have us a free dessert and a box of chocolates! Nice touch. I recommend making reservations if you’re looking to dine on a weekend, since it gets busy. The pecan parmesan crusted trout is always fantastic!

Enjoyed the perfectly prepared lamb chops with Yukon potatoes & French green beans today. The lamb was so tender you didn’t need a fork! Ask for Shannon, she’s a very attentive server. The raspberry vodka Collins was the perfect pairing to the meal!

Food and service were spectacular. The Bang Bang Shrimp is worth making a special trip for.

Very disappointed this trip. Special fish offering was brought to the table without the topping(lobster, crab, etc.) resulting in a bland meal. If I wanted a piece of plain fish, I would have requested it. In addition, I was not asked about the change. The meal was simply placed before me with«sorry, we ran out of the topping». When you run out of a dish, you should mention that. Won’t be back!

Visited bonefish fir the first time ever. This location is a gem. The food was beyond perfect even when we sat down 30 min before closing. We had the bang bang shrimp that’s as simply spectacular truly amazing I highly highly recommend it. I also had the crab cake and sirloin. Steak was perfect and juicy. Once we finished dinner we sat outside for a about 15 minutes and the general manger approaches us and had a great conversation very nice man. I’d highly recommend this location and any bonefish location any where. You got yourselves a new happy customer. Until next time

Well when we ate here I was envisioning the perfect review I would leave. I absolutely loved all the food and had a great server. For an appetizer we had coconut shrimp. They were delicious! I ordered the grilled shrimp and scallops Oscar style. The taste was amazing. I loved it! I ordered truffle Mac and cheese for a side. This might be why I decided to give this review one star. The crème brûlée was superb. Perfectly cooked. I couldn’t imagine a better dining experience. An hour after leaving the restaurant I started having odd cramps(35 weeks pregnant, cramps could mean labor!). I brushed it off. We went home and I started feeling awful. Cue 8 hours of throwing up and feeling like I might die! I had food poisoning! So awful. I called the next day to inform them I had it and was told it couldn’t be from anything I ate there. Then I was hung up on! I know it was the truffle Mac and cheese because that is the only thing my husband didn’t also eat. He wasn’t sick. Needless to say I will never go back. I might have given them another chance if they hadn’t been so rude on the phone!

I love bonefish as a chain. They have great food that is consistent no matter where you go. I think bonefish as a chain should get 4 – 5 stars, but this location seems to have staff that just don’t have that happy demeanor I see at other locations. They are not rude, but they are just not as warm and inviting as other locations I have been. They seem to get a bit irritated if you ask for bread there. I thought they always brought bread out when you got there? Did that change? I can definitely say that you can’t go wrong with just about anything you order here though. The only thing I have ever had here that I think needs to be rethought was the eggs benedict. The ham was not good. It tasted like school lunch ham. The hollandaise also tasted like it was made from some powder mix. Other than that one dish, though everything on the menu is great. I’ll be back, just not for brunch.

We had a waitress, Kimberly, who was so awesome at serving our needs. We explained that my husband and I were on a whole30 diet and what we were allowed to eat. She helped us through the entire thing! Down to the salad and dressing! We couldn’t eat any dairy, gluten, soy, corn, added sugar or peanuts. Thanks for the help and keeping us compliant and well fed!!!

If I were to rate this place only on the food it would be 3 stars. The service and ambiance add another star. I’m always comfortable dining here. The drinks are good and the Bang Bang Shrimp is on point. The bread with the olive oil and pesto is my favorite part of my meal here. The Entrees can be a bit pricey. They do have specials but those are pricey to me too. Nonetheless I like this spot.

Most people seem to like this place a lot — I think mainly due to the service. They do very well despite being a «corporate» restaurant. My wife and I stopped in for Sunday brunch. Food was nice enough. We split the Bang Bang Shrimp as a starter. Good but not great. My wife went with the griiled salmon — also good but the fish was cut thin so it was just a bit dry. Sides were OK. I had the fish tacos which I liked a lot. Messy but good. My only complaint was that the starter came out too quickly — before we got our drink order. So as a result there was just a bit too long of a wait for the entrees to come out. I spoke to the manager — he told me that the entrees go to the kitchen directly from the server’s iPad so that the kitchen kicked out orders faster than may seem normal. Seems like they have to work that out. Drinks first, starter second. If the salmon was a bit better, I would go four stars. They are advertising a cheap lunch special for during the week — only $ 6.90. May need to swing by again and check it out.

I was a little underwhelmed by this place based on the reviews, but it’s a good affordable restaurant that still has a fancy ambience. We started off with a raspberry martini and a bottle of the Sauvignon blanc — I wish I could remember what it was called, but it was the cheapest one and still pretty good. We got the bang bang shrimp per everyone’s suggestions. They were pretty good but nothing spectacular. Then I got the Fontina chop and my boy got Lily’s Chicken. The pork chop was pretty good but a little salty, and he seemed to enjoy the chicken. Overall food was good but nothing special, but the service and ambience upped it up a star.
