Fast and easy with endless chips and salsa. A good lunch special. The chile relleno has a nice meat filling option. Good for large groups.

Absolutely hands down great Mexican cuisine. We got the Texas fajita Nachos and Texas fajita nacho salad in the shell. The meat was cooked to perfection… Very tender and seasoned perfectly. The vegetables were divine. I ordered extra white cheese sauce because I usually have to «doctor up» my salad. Not needed. The salad had a perfect mixture of retried beans. We were very pleased. The

I ordered a lunch combo and it was okay — nothing remarkable.
The service was okay. I did overhear a lady at an adjoining table having a very difficult time getting a substitution that she needed because of a food allergy
As I was finishing up, I had a weird experience. A male staff member walked all the way across the room, stood at my table for a moment and asked how everything was, then pointed out a bit of salsa on my breast, put his hand on my shoulder and walked off. It had a creepy, unsettling vibe. For that reason I won’t go back.

Ok food, service, and atmosphere. I will eat here again but I will go out of my way to eat here. Steak tacos were dry, chimichangas were ok but very little sour cream with meal; the Piña Colada was the best prt of the meal!

This place is oriented toward Wilmington Island families not wanting to deal with the Basil’s, Molly McGuire’s, and Cancun area’s parking and crowds.
If well-​prepared Mexican dishes with attentive service are your priorities, it’s not so much. My carnitas plate was the worst I’ve ever had. My wife’s stuffed poblanos were a hot mess. Our service did improve after a complaint to the hostess. To be fair, the other waitress seemed to be doing a much better job than ours. The five male employees watching the bar TV from the kitchen door were oblivious to the customers.
