Typical Denny’s. Very good location, connected to a hotel. Very friendly employees and service. Quick service. Food, not so great. I mean, I don’t walk into Denny’s expecting high quality food but at least make the terrible food good somehow. I had a earlybird sandwich I believe it was called. The bread was drenched with butter, so it made the sandwich that had turkey cheese and a tomato on it very greasy. I would like to commend the waitresses, they were very friendly and cared about their guests.

I needed breakfast at about 4:00 in the morning, so the choice was between the Waffle House and Denny’s. I have been to the Waffle House in this neighborhood before, so decided to try Denny’s. I hadn’t been to a Denny’s in years. They have a number of breakfasts with thee moniker«Slam,» and I tried the All American Grand Slam. This was a basic egg breakfast with potatoes, toast, bacon and sausage. It was a little bigger than most breakfast dishes of this kind, and quite filling. The scrambled eggs had cheddar cheese on top of them, which I could have done without. The hash browns were not brown – it didn’t seem like they were really fried, but just heated. The eggs were OK, but did not seem quite fresh. The bacon was kind of flabby, and the sausage links were the small kind of generic links. This breakfast was OK, but I have had better for less money at non chain breakfast places. The main advantage of Denny’s, I suppose, are the hours – you can get a meal any time of the day and have it served to you real fast.

Slow service, lazy wait staff. Three waitresses were complaining because they didn’t want our table or any in the area near the front. The hostess Laquasha was doing the job for three to four individuals. Laquasha was seating people, cashing individuals out, busting tables and getting drink orders while the rest did nothing. She literally had to ask strongly for us to get service. After 55 minutes we recieved our order despite the fact that it wasnt busy. Hash browns were cold, pancakes were uncooked in the center and girlfriends eggs were clear and runny. We didn’t eat it. Manager was apologetic, courteous and comp’d our bill. I don’t normally post a review but beware in Savannah

For a Denny’s. They get 5 stars from me. They were quick, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The music was nice and not too loud. And most importantly, the food was cooked perfectly and very good. Thank you for letting my boyfriend experience a Denny’s that was good. And thank you for the smiles and good food on our way to Savannah.

My wife and I stop here every time we drive down to Florida. The fourth time now! Burgers and great, breakfast is great(my wife always gets breakfast). Service is prompt and courteous. For being attached to a hotel it’s never really been busy here. Maybe we just hit it at the right time. You cannot go wrong here!

Was driving from Savannah back to Brunswick. It was pretty late and thought Denny’s would be open. Right off the 95 and it’s attached to the Best Western. Walked in and got seated. We got our drink orders taken care of. My friend said the orange juice tasted like it had lime or something in it so he got a soda instead. I got the French Toast and it comes with two eggs, two sausage and two bacon. Enough to fill you and somebody else up perfectly. My friend got a cheessteak of some sort and enjoyed that. Inside felt a bit dirty, but it’s a Denny’s.

When I first walked into the restaurant which is attached to a chain hotel I was greeted promptly. The female employee who say me was wonderful. She immediately told me that my server would be right with me and then asked me what I would like the drink. SHE brought me my coffee and she was the manager :-) I ordered a steak, wild rice and sautéed squash and OMG it was fantastic! I’m not over exaggerating because this is Denny’s and NOT a steak restaurant but I can not get over the fact how perfect the food was. I met the chef – his name is Jerry and he is NOT a cook but with these skills he is a chef in his own right. I told him how perfect the food was and we very humble :) The coffee was good, soup was not hot but more than warm and I am ok with that. My server Lisa was amazing at being patient and kind and letting me just sit and take my time. I unfortunately rated this restaurant before I walked in based on the way it looked from the outside and previous reviews. Look at the years of the prior reviews – NOT recent. MUSTTRYTHIS restaurant if you are passing through. Hopefully Jerry is in the kitchen if a Michelin star restaurant hasn’t scooped him up already.

Always have breakfast there, on our way down to Florida. The food isn’t extraordinary, but it’s OK for a quick meal and to get back on the road. My kids like it the most. I have to agree with other reviewers, being that the service is a little slow.

The worst breakfast we have every had! That is saying something since we are 60+. Every the coffee was bad! Both our meals were cold and tasteless. I don’t know how you can make eggs, bacon, grits and sausage bad? The condiments were very old. The ketchup and jelly must of been on the table for a very long time. The jelly was like rubber. We ha been to a Denny’s in a long time. Unless we had a senior moment we will not be back!
