Greasy floors. I was sliding all over the place. Exactly what I want in a burger joint.
Burger was so greasy. It was sliding all around in my arteries. Exactly what I want in a burger.
They did put my burger together half-​assed. How hard is it to stack my tomatoes and jalapeños?!
Peanuts were delish. 5 hot guys. Girls, not so much.

Always good food. The same everywhere. A little pricey though. $ 20.00 for 2 Jr burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks.

Service was kind of rude. Burgers were not juicy at all and one was cold. Fries were nasty to. Wouldn’t be my first second or third choice to eat. Last only if I absolutely had to.

This has to be the best Five Guys that I have visited to date. The staff was amazing! It wasn’t busy at the time I arrived, so instead of waiting on my food and looking around at an almost empty room, the gentleman that took my order stayed and talked with me while I waited for my food to cook. The food was excellent, but the service is what made this experience stand out.

My wife and I had our first visit to 5 Guys recently. The prices on the menu board immediately caught my attention. She ordered a regular burger… I ordered a double… we split a large order of fries… with two soft drinks, the bill was just shy of $ 28. The burgers were good, the fries mediocre, but way overpriced. We won’t be back.

As a loyal fan of Five Guys, I have to say that it disappoints me to leave a review that is less than 5 stars. Everything was fine here except one thing — our burger patties were not cooked to order. I was first suspicious when our food for 6 people was ready in 5 minutes. I am all about fast service, but the reason we voluntarily spent $ 50 to feed 6 people at a hamburger restaurant was because the burgers are so dang good. The patties we got were black on both sides, and were tiny because they were over cooked. Mine was the worst and I sent it back.
The staff member was apologetic, but my new burger was ready in under a minute! I got another crappy hamburger! Granted, it was not as bad as my first one, but there is a problem when a «cooked to order» hamburger is done within a minute.
The management on duty obviously misses the big picture, that the quality of the burger is the number one thing that keeps people coming back. Please, for the love of cheeseburgers, do not cook a patty until it is ordered.
The only reason that this is not a 1-​star review is that the staff is very nice and friendly.

I go to this location about once per week. It’s generally not too crowded and the food is always consistent. The staff is top notch for being a burger joint. I think what I like most is that I always see the same faces working which I like!
I usually get a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries. It’s not the cheapest but it is high quality, definitely made with love and I love how you can pile on all the toppings. I usually have trouble getting it in my mouth.

This has to be the best burger joint in the world! Burgers are always made fresh with no additional charge for extra toppings. Hot burgers with fresh fries always hit the spot.
I love this location as it is rarely crowded and the staff is second to none. Keep up the excellent job.

You know when you have that craving for a hamburger well this place will satisfy it. Is it the prettiest burger in the world, NO but like an unattractive man it’s good & good for you (I should know I’m unattractive) just kidding !! Okay back to the burger it’s not fancy nor does it come with fancy condiments like foie gras. They also have hotdogs & fries & that’s it. No shakes or chicken, the concentrate on doing three things. The reason they only get 4 stars is because they allow customers while they wait to have peanuts, who in turn leave said shells all over the floor. Which is a major turnoff to me. Sure it may not the the legendary In & Out but it’s it’s ours & it’ll do.

Background — Picked up my daughter after a long day of flying and wanted to get something quick.
Atmosphere — Probably the biggest Five Guys I have ever been to. This was also the dirtiest. I get the whole peanut shells on the floors. There was a lot more than just that. But it was nice is that they have a lot of tables outside and we enjoyed our meal out there.
Food
Drinks — They have one of those 5 billion soda dispensing Coke machines. I went with the standard Coke.
Appetizer — Free peanuts, gotta love that.
My Main Course — I ordered the cheeseburger, it comes with two patties. I ordered it with everything, they call it All the Way. I love all the toppings. The problem is when I picked up the burger by bottom bun was already split into two pieces. So sad. I still hate they wrap up the burger in tin foil, why do you do that?
Dessert — None
Service — We had two cashiers tonight as the one was learn. The trainer set a bad example as we had to go back to get our drink cups.
Future — Probably not as I do not live in Savannah.

Five Guys is probably my favorite burger place. I like this location a lot and visit often. Recently tried their hot dog and that was great as the burgers I tried before that.
Overall a great, clean and friendly place that serves great food.

Five Guys next to Publix on Abercorn St. Definitely a great place. They have the new coke machines with all the mixing flavors to choose from while you enjoy your delicious custom burger. Awesomeness!

It’s not In-​n-​Out, but it’s still pretty good. Recommend it instead of Atlanta bread company next door.

I love this Five Guys location.
It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, my food is always prepared correctly, and the environment is much more relaxed than the downtown location.

I’m starting to understand the following 5 guys has. This is the fourth 5 guys I’ve been to and everyone was great except the first one. Superior product over the fast food arches.

They compare this place to In N Out which is a very popular burger joint on the west coast. I can see why bc if the fresh burgers but that’s just about it.
The place is clean and staff friendly but I was disappointed when I ordered a protein style burger. Unlike In N Out they don’t wrap it in lettuce. Instead they give you everything on the side. They don’t even have plates so you basically have to add all ingredients including lettuce, onions and condiments yourself to a foil wrapped burger.

Did not know what to expect. Afterall, a hamburger is a hamburger, right? Well, unless you are starving, the little burger is sufficient. I have to say, they do not limit the condiments, like the competition. Plenty of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. And a tasty burger. Now the fries are salty, so make sure you have plenty to drink. What is the hamburgers sibling? That’s right, Hotdog. Hebrew National hotdogs. Next time I am going for the dog. Very clean estabishment and plenty of seating inside and outside.

I just enjoy the fresh burgers and the tons of fries they give out.

Five Guys! This one was spacious which was my favorite feature. Fast service, extra clean, hot food with all the expected condiments. When a five guys is right it does not get better for casual great burgers.
