I’m a lazy guy, and I fully expect that getting delivery will be slower and probably produce colder pizza. That being said, from the time I ordered to the time the pizza was at my door was over an hour and a half. Mind you I live fairly close to their Waters location. The pizza was not lukewarm, it was cold. It was not particularly good either… it was a Yankee pizza, so the sauce was on top. In this case on top meant on top of the box and only a little bit on the center of the pizza. The toppings were not spread evenly either, nor were they applied generously(more like miserly). Overly cheesy and not so great dough. Meh, it was pretty disappointing. The driver was polite and nobody on the phone was rude like some other folks seem to experience, so two stars it is.

Like the rating says– it was ok. Came here on a Wednesday night, we were the only people dining in, but from the looks of it they do a pretty good delivery service. The indoor setup and décor was very similar to a few other local pizza places around town. The layout doesn’t make it great for exceptionally large groups, I’d say a 10 – 15 person group tops. The menu was extensive– we decided on 5 wings a large pizza. The wings were a bit disappointing. I ordered«hot» flavored and while they were hot, they didn’t have much else going for them. They are hickory smoked and would probably taste better with a sweet bbq sauce(which is a flavor choice, just not the one I chose). The pizza was a bit chewy, but overall pretty tasty. If I were looking for place to sit down and have a pizza again, I’d probably skip over Jennoely’s. More than likely, I’ll eventually order delivery from them– they have online ordering and good prices. Also, if you are in the area looking for a CHEAP lunch they have 2 slices and a drink for 2.99

Let me start off with saying that Jennoely’s Pizza has great food. I first discovered the magic on Whitemarsh Island at their original location. This review is not for the whitemarsh location; I have only had positive experiences at their location. This review is for the newest location on WATERSAVE. After multiple horrific experiences with the WATERSAVE location, I felt the need to open a Unilocal account and warn others. And just maybe management will step up to make changes? When I learned that my fav pizza place was opening a new location close to my work, I was ecstatic. I made all my coworkers try it and we made a massive order. The customer service was horrible. Each individual order was charged an extra 2 $ delivery fee.(The whitemarsh location doesn’t do that). The food was cold and my coworkers swore never again. I was willing to give them another chance. I told my patients, and their families about the delicious, locally owned pizza joint that delivered right to their room! Mistake. After my pt was in complete tears and cursing over the way she was treated on the phone by the staff, I knew I couldn’t recommend this place anymore.(Apparently they sent her pizza to a different hospital, then blamed her for the delay. when she asked to speak to a manager, the girl told her she was the manager and that she would happily hang up and take a larger order that would actually be worth her time.) I recently gave it one more shot and all I want to do is bang my head against the wall. For starters the girl had a «can’t be bothered» attitude when taking my order, then my salad and small breadsticks came up to $ 18. When I asked how that was possible, she got an attitude, sighed and said«two dollar delivery charge.» That was her only explanation. She wouldnt tell me prices, nothing. I proceeded and told her I would pay with my card over the phone. She took the number, expiration date, MYFULLNAME on the card AND the 3 digit code. Since when do you type full names into the credit card machine? She had no explanation and her only response was«do you want to cancel?» Oh! And on top of all this, she put me on hold about 4 times in the middle of my sentence. She said«hold on» and click. I thought she hung up on me it was so abrupt, and while I was speaking! I told her I would be calling back to speak with her manager, and asked her name. She told me Sarah. When the food was delivered, my salad was in the hot bag with the pizza. I signed my receipt. he turned to walk away, i said, «do i get a receipt?» and he literally looked at me and said«no.» that was his only answer! All I know is Jennoely’s on WATERSAVE is earning a bad name for their company and I won’t be using them or recommending them any longer. Savannah is a small place and they need to step up the customer service or they won’t last long!
