Starbucks

I want my old location back. I decided to try out the new drive Thur they had because that was the reason for the new move. I could get a McD’s meal faster then how long it took me to get my coffee through the drive Thur. Fifteen minute to get one coffee. (15!!) What’s the point of having a drive Thur if I have the wait the same amount of time outside that I would inside??!
The victory drive location is faster, smaller and still manage to do it in under five minutes. I just got my drink and it’s wrong. Waste of my time and I’m late to work now. Thank you very much! I love you guys but this is ‘fucking’ ridiculous!

Just another Starbucks to get your favorite cup of coffee or drink. This location is huge.

Coffee is great (as always) and the place was buzzing… no really, it was full of flies. There was food on the floor and while it was full of customers, there were only 2 baristas on the J-​O-​B. It would seem that as busy as it is they could manage an extra hand to clean the place. Anyway, the baristas were cool, coffee hot, and the wifi decent considering the load. If only they could control the filth…

For a mall thats busy majority of the day, this Starbucks should be stocked with fast working employees! I wait for 15 minutes when there are 3 people in line and the older gentleman Tony is beyond rude and needs a training guide in proper customer service. I watched him argue with a guest over cold or hot coffee!!! I have been in the service industry well over 10 years and have even ran restaurants! This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have EVER visited and changes need to be made!!!

This Starbucks is terrible. Fifteen minutes ago I stopped in as I was in the mall shopping. I ordered a large iced coffee, black.
She asked if I wanted milk in it and I said, «no thanks, just black please»
She then asked if I wanted any type of sweetener in it, to which I replied, «Nope, just black.»
She stared at me in silence.
I then said, «…so nothing in it but coffee and ice please»
She then ran my card, did not offer me a receipt and I waited for my drink. When I left and took my first sip, it was overloaded with sweetener.
What this Starbucks in the mall doesn’t realize is that service like this not only hurts their location, but the Starbucks brand as a whole. That is from a business standpoint, which could be another post topic entirely.

Something has happened with the management. Had a descent crowd, one person working the register, one person making drinks and three others walking from the front to back. Why would you restock drawers when you see the drink maker struggling and asking for help on how to make certain drinks?

we’ve been starbucks patrons for ever. and have visited starbucks in most cities we’ve traveled to. we’ve come to expect good service, good coffee.
this location, on two visits, fell well short of our modest expectations.
on the first visit, we asked for dark roast. even though there was an ‘ethiopian’ sign up on one of the coffee urns, it was not available. however, if we wanted to wait, she would brew italian dark roast. the gal asked if we wanted room for cream, and we said no. after the 5+ minutes it took to brew the italian roast, we got our coffee, with room for about an inch of cream, we wouldn’t need.
the second visit, the next day, we asked for ethiopian dark roast, since the sign was up on the coffee urn. again, it was not available, did we want italian roast. she returned a few minutes later, saying she only had enough for one and a half servings. did we want her to top the half serving with pike’s place? or wait for a new batch to brew. we told her we’d wait for two fresh servings. after 10+ minutes we received our two grande servings.
whew…a cup of coffee should not be that difficult to get!

Friendly staff in the mall. Good drinks. A-​ok.

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside the Barnes and Noble. Nice staff and quick service. They offer items not generally found at Starbucks such as yummy quiche and stuffed pretzels. AND Cheesecake Factory cheesecake! Their sitting area is nice sized and comfortable.

This is the Starbucks in the mall. There is no drive-​thru or outdoor seating. I don’t care much for this location because the line is long, the workers are slow, and the drinks never seem to be made right. But maybe that’s just on the weekends. The interior could use a redesign as well. There is a glass partition dividing the seating area that is kind of awkward.

* I hate reviewing chain places, but sometimes it is a necessary evil. This review will be short and to the point since this is a very common brand. I am just reviewing this location here so you know what to expect.*
Nice big starbucks. 4 stars for the huge sitting area, both inside and out. This town could sure use another drive thru Starbucks.
