We have been to many starbuck locations in the past with an atmosphere from very welcoming to attentive and this one is by far the worse. It’s as if your not welcome here and they definitely don’t want to attend you. Usually messy behind the counter and just very unpleasant to visit. Perhaps in need of new management?

I come in here regularly and they stll act like I’ve never been here before. I’ve had poor service here on more than one occasion. Not so at the Victory Drive location.

I come here with a girlfriend sometimes for a change of scenery. We usually frequent the Montgomery crossroads location. This location is quite small with very little seating inside unless your sitting alone. We usually always sit outside so we can go over our day and vent about work. Lol. The Service has always been fast and super friendly. They give off more of a family vibe and everyone behind the counter seems to work well with each other with a very bouncy attitude. Bathroom are also always clean which is a major plus when your a girl.

Love the setup of this Starbucks. Plug outlets are fairly easy to come by. The window overlooking the patio sets for a pretty nice view! ANDTHEREIS A BIKERACK located nearby! Friendly staff.

Lightening fast service! No drive through, but everyone was super pleasant and only waited about 3 minutes!

The last three weekends I have gone to the store. I always get a large Verona or Pike. I have had both types and the coffee is cold enough to put your finger in comfortably. I told the staff about it and nothing has been done. Not like Starbucks.

By far the worst experience I had at a Starbucks and I’m a loyal customer. No one there seems to understand no foam on my drink. Everytime the foam settles I’m left with a half empty cup. For the money I pay I better get my cup full. When my husband explained to the barista no foam and why we say no foam, she argued and another employee can’t to talk to my husband and say to not disrespect the employees. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this. Location.

these guys were so nice. That made buying a cup of coffee a great pleasure. And the place was very clean and hop in when I went in.

Every Starbucks location has it’s mood, and this one is grumpy! I go here 2 – 3 times per week, but recently started going to the East side one instead. Every time I approach the counter, the same cashier awaits to take my order while snarling her lips and staring dead into my eyes. There is a different between poor service and unfriendly service; this person is UNFRIENDLY. =[ There is a barista there who is especially sweet and makes a great iced coffee, though. She gets the stars. =]

To know me is to know my addiction with all things Starbucks. Yes I am a coffee snob and very rarely venture from my Starbucks brand for home or away. Iced non-fat Caramel Macchiato is all that! It’s my go to drink and i cannot live without it. This is the spot to get it done right with a smile.

I know I have a very particular coffee order but that’s why I repeat and make sure it’s correct. I asked for two different drinks and it was like I asked for a Greek god. The girl who was making the drinks just didn’t want to be there and gave the guy at the register an attitude. This made him decide to make one of my drinks on his own(he was clearly going rouge) I watched him put the ice coffee in, then take the lid of the carmel and dump it into my coffee. He then followed that up by opening the salt and dumped that it in the coffee, no milk like I wanted just large amounts of toppings dumped into my coffee. Needlessly to say it wasn’t good but at least he tried and was super sweet. It was better than the trained barista’s frap who had an attitude and made a watered down, drink that was made completely wrong and wasn’t what I wanted. I wish they would just listen or read the instructions on the cup… :(

I am convinced that people in the south are much more friendly than people in the north. This is a hard statement to make, considering I am from the north, but I do stand by my words. One of my standard drinks of choice at Starbucks is a grande soy chai. Sometimes I’ll sip my frothy beverage and think that it was made perfectly. Other times I find my drink to taste a little weak, but by that time I’m a few hundred yards driving in the opposite direction to take them up on their offer to replace your drink if it isn’t perfect. Unprovoked, I finally learned why my tastes were not consistent. Its the water. I have always assumed that a soy chai would have just that: soy and chai. No where in the mix does it say anything about water. The young man preparing my beverage struck up a conversation with me while I was waiting, informing me that this drink was his favorite as well. «Next time, try this without the water» he told me. Water? What water? I learned that most locations make my drink with a little bit of water, but if you ask for a «grande no water soy chai», they will leave out the water, hence giving the drink a creamier, more flavorful taste. And upon sipping the no water soy chai that he prepared, I realized what I had been missing this time… or perhaps, not missing.

Yea, its Starbucks. This location has great service. Clean and great people watching. This place takes the cake with the variety of people that frequent this joint. I can sit here and watch the freaks all day long. Love being a spectator. Thank you Starbucks for being a freaking magnet.

I spent most of the 90’s living in Savannah. I spent most of that time without a good coffeehouse. I’m a stereotypical, caffeine addicted, coffee snobbish, Seattle native. Life was grim. This was the first Starbucks opened in Savannah. It didn’t open until the new millennium was close enough to spit at, but it ushered in a new era. The«keep Maria happy with a tiny taste of home so she doesn’t keep feeling like a BB in a bucket» era. That’s the beauty of Starbucks. It’s going to be the same experience and the same coffee no matter what podunk town you’re in. Not that Savannah is podunk. Mostly. Somewhat. Any. Way. This Starbucks saved my life, and allowed me to introduce my formerly no-coffee-drinking friend Denise to the allure of a caffeine laden life and to chocolate covered blueberries. No matter how many outstanding, independent coffeehouses I patronize in the glorious, coffee bean saturated city of Seattle, I will always love this Starbucks best. I’m nostalgic like that.
