I love this restaurant! Their burgers are to die for and they have a delicious coffee menu… Wonderful staff, the manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made wonderful recommendations from the menu on a very busy afternoon– was very appreciated. Nice airy décor, lively atmosphere, outdoor seating is nice as well…

I had an amazing brunch at Collins Quarter last time I was in Savannah, so when I found myself back in town I wanted to check out their dinner. We went for an early 5:30 dinner so we could start the drive back to Orlando before it got too late. The only problem with this plan was that we weren’t very hungry after having a sandwich at Zunzi’s just a few hours earlier. We ended up just ordering drinks and splitting a couple appetizers. We had a bit of an issue with the Hawaii Five-0(tuna poke) because they accidentally mixed up the wasabi cream with chantilly cream. Let me tell you it it’s incredibly strange to get a bite of tuna and avocado with a sweet aftertaste. But the problem was easily corrected once we were able to get our server’s attention and he brought us out a fresh order. We also had the New Bedford U8 scallop which came with a pear and gorgonzola ravioli and lemongrass coconut sauce. I loved everything about this dish from the mix of flavors to the perfectly cooked scallop. I definitely recommend trying Collins Quarter, and if you can get a tale outside its great for people watching.

Convinced this is one of the best brunch spots in not only Savannah, but in all of the peachy state. As a self-certified brunch expert of sorts, I wholeheartedly stand by that proclamation and urge you to come relieve your morning hunger pangs here at once. You won’t regret it. Really, really.(If you do end up loathing your breakfast, I will eat it for you. Well, not really, because germs and ew, but figuratively, done and done.)

Visited Collins Quarter for the first time for breakfast on a weekday and the menu was too good to choose just one option. Thankfully I dined with a party of 6 so we were able to share. I highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes, as well as the shrimp & grits. I also tried a lavender mocha latte — had never had anything like it before it it was surprisingly delicious. Although the food was delicious, the ambiance & service was also great. The exposed brick and huge windows brought such charm into the space. Our waiter was so kind and helped us navigate through the menu — everything looked so good we struggled making a decision! Will definitely be back to this gem of a restaurant. Thanks Collin’s Quarter for a great experience!

I went back to Collins Quarter with a group, even though my previous experience was terrible. I had hoped that they would redeem themselves, but they did not. The wait for our food was tremendously long, the service was poor, and our server was quite rude. We had a young man in our group with mental difficulties and after a long wait, he needed to eat. We requested bread for him and were told they couldn’t accommodate our request. We were told, «We don’t do bread.» That’s a quote. Next, we requested a side of french fries, as they appeared on the menu. They said they only served fries with a burger so in order to order them we had to order the burger, too. I won’t be going back a third time.

We ate here on a Sunday morning, the wait was over 45min for a table for three. It took 55min for our food to come to our table from the moment our order was taken. The food was good, but not worth the wait. The service was slow, I had to remind our server that I had ordered a mocha. We had the Moroccan scramble, the beef brisket burger, and the hash, some of their most reviewed dishes, they were all just okay, none of which I would come back for. The expresso was okay, barely tasted like coffee, it was different. The lavender mocha was pretty good, but no need to sit down for it, order it at the take out window and go. If you really have the need to try this place, go when there is no wait. The five star reviews are sort of deceiving, but I guess they depend on people’s experiences with food.

So, I think I found my new favorite restaurant in Savannah! This place is beyond exquisite ! I would travel back to Savannah just to visit this restaurant. To start off the staff were extremely kind and sincere. This to me makes an environment and atmosphere worth going to. My boyfriend and I came around 5 pm for an early dinner. The place itself has gorgeous design inside and curb appeal. It was relaxing to be inside and made me feel like I was in a different country. I loved it! To start I had the Bellini as my first cocktail. my boyfriend ordered a French press coffee. The coffee was pretty good and my cocktail was outstanding. I wish I could’ve had five more glasses of it. Although I’m not sure if that would’ve been a good idea. The quality of the ingredients was superb and that is extremely important to me. For the entrée my boyfriend ordered the soup of the day which was a butternut squash. I on the other hand ordered the burger. The entrées took a little while to arrive but that was perfectly fine in my opinion since I could tell that everything at this place was made fresh from the house and of good quality. My burger was extraordinary. I ordered it medium rare which I like and I was almost able to finish the entire thing. It also came with spicy fries, I had almost forgotten to tell the waiter that I didn’t like spicy things but my fries were not spicy so I’m glad I did not mention anything because they were perfect as is. My second drink I ordered a cider that was from Georgia and it was so scrumptious. Didn’t even taste like alcohol! Not sure if that is good or bad but I love the cider! Overall, I think this restaurant made my day trip to Savannah even better than I expected ! so thankful I found it and cannot wait to return again. Thank you very much!

Obsessed! Had a bachelorette brunch here last Sunday. Had to break in to 2 tables of 4 to get seating. I ended up outside and couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful day, perfect music, a view of the square . I had a macchiato, avocado toast and a matcha latte to go. Matcha latte was boooomb and I’ll totally be recreating it! The avocado toast was one dimensional and needed more depth and layers of flavors. I think a different type of bread would be better as well. Crispy and lighter, more toasted and flavorful. The party sitting indoors said it was cute, but the tables are on top of each other. Try to call ahead to put your name on the list as you walk over. Long waits!

exquisite design, the interior had me in such sensory overload — colors were flawless and lively and the natural light was to die for. we’re fresh flowers in every case and huge expensive arrangements. even the tile floor in the bathroom was pretty enough for a picture. modern contemporary design. the menu was not too pricey, and each option sounded tastey. I got the smashed avocado toast and it was so much fresh food it tasted like two separate sandwiches. I’m a barista and they know what they are doing as far as coffee. have a really nice la marzocco and high end cold brew tower with 3 different options. I would make the 4 hour drive for a day trip to Savannah just to eat here! So so impressed.

Great menu, exceptional quality of food, great service and excellent ambience. I really liked everything about this restaurant. Even the price was reasonable, exceptional value for money actually. The location is even pretty damn near perfect! I couldn’t quite bring myself to give this place 5⁄5 stars for some reason but if there was a 4.9, or 4.5, I would give it that! We had the… Butternut squash soup — amazing. Hawaiian style ahi poke — not as good as the real thing but very very nice. Dirty candy salad — essentially a beet salad with caramelized pecans — amazing. The winner was the brisket burger. Ohhhhhh my god. Incredible. This puppy was cooked to perfection, served in a brioche bun with truffle fries. AMMMMMMMAZING. I would most certainty recommend this place. The other thing that could be better is if they sourced all of their ingredients locally and seasonally.

On second thought, regardless of the ticket/wait time, this place really is a 5-star. Delicious. We had a great casual brunch here. We will definitely be back when we next visit. You have to appreciate this place for it’s historical significance and architecture, and the brunch menu was flush with options that were not only tasty, but friendly to vegetarians and carnivores alike. Food: 5 Value: 4 Service: 3(went 25 min with no contact from waitress, water was empty, no update on food ETA, then had to chase them down for the check, which subsequently took another 12 minutes to close-out) Ambience: 5 How they made us feel: 4 Total: 4.2

Well I think it’s time for an update. This is my favorite breakfast/brunch spot! Period. I love the atmosphere here. I love the food and the unique coffee and tea drinks that they create here. The service is still a bit spotty on occasion but everything else is on point. The servers are nice, the owner/manager is a doll and he almost always stops by to say hi or make sure we are good. I have discovered some really cool food combinations here. Things I never would have put together but now I do. I have worked my way through the brunch/breakfast and lunch menu and have yet to have something that is not good. Now that they are open for dinner, I will be visiting them soon for that too. I will warn you, this is not the place to come for a low cost meal. But, I have never left here feeling cheated. For me it’s at the top of my list for quality flavorful food and unique creations. I never hesitate recommending Collins to my friends, family and even strangers. I am a fan.

There are a lot of traditional southern restaurants in Savannah, some of which even call them self new southern but there are only so many foodie places. Collins Quarter only recently expanded from breakfast and lunch into dinner. If you only have a night to spend in Savannah, this is the place I’d eat. We enjoyed mussels fritte, tuna poke, and bouillabaisse all of which were unique and delicious. Our server was a true charmer and the running conversation with the GM, Steve, made us feel were were enjoying dinner at his house. The décor is bright and classic. And the stroll back to the hotel through charming evening Savannah burned off a couple calories from the only desert on the menu, a chocolate pots-de-crème with toasted nuts.

I would come back for sure. And that’s always a big deal to me, is it repeat worthy, and it is! I had the lavender coffee, it is a large serving and perfect in taste. I then had the Avocado Smash which is perfection, so fresh, so tastey, and a perfect healthy way to start your day. We also tried the sweet bread with marscapone, so delicious and not too sweet. The service was fabulous, even though it took a bit to get the food, don’t come if you’re in a hurry. I highly recommend.

I came here for brunch once with my husband. I have to say that this place is definitely way overrated. We got there on a Sunday afternoon and I wasn’t surprised when they said the wait was going to be about an hour to hour and a half. Umm thats alright, we’ll come back another day. I told my husband out loud, its almost noon, I’m starving and I’m definitely not waiting an hour and a half to get a table. Thats when one of the hostess said they could get us an outside table instantly. We agreed to take the table. And wow, such crappy service. We waited a whole 15 – 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged and offered a menu or water at the very least. Granted, they were busy, but not even a menu to glance at so we can figure out what we want to eat while waiting? Not to mention there were two young women sitting on a close table next to us within arms length talking super loud, basically shouting their conversation with no consideration to anyone else there. Talking about periods and pregnancy’s. It took everything in me to not snap! I told our waiter if it was possible for them to move us tables since I couldn’t even have a conversation with my husband. That same two women customers yelled at me because they over heard me asking to be seated else where. The waiter did nothing but laugh. The same waiter also offered me another cup of coffee without telling me he was charging an extra cup of coffee to my bill. I left very upset. This was such a horrible dining experience for me. Which is unfortunate because everyone seems to love this place. I don’t want this review to be completely negative, so one positive is that the food is absolutely amazing. I can’t remember what my husband had but it was a standard breakfast sampler and he seemed to enjoy it. I had their burger and it was delightful.

Came by myself to sit at one of the high tables near the bar with my laptop to get through some emails. I ordered an earl grey tea and the duo of quiches. The quiches were a shiitake mushroom/spinach quiche and a red pepper/feta cheese quiche. It was accompanied by a colorful, simple side salad. The quiches were room temperature, I would’ve preferred them heated up a bit more, but overall they were both delicious! The side salad was also great, not overly dressed. Even in the mid-afternoon the restaurant was crowded, so I would have expected a wait if I had come during a more peak hour. Great spot for lunch, will definitely be back again.

This place was recommended by the bed and breakfast we stayed at(Foley Inn). The owner is Australian and brings food with fusion and flare. Clearly they only have a wine and beer license. They offer sake bloody mary’s but my date has never had a taste for them. I had the Drunken Berry –a berry and wine infused drink and loved it. I got the smashed avocado $ 12– I wanted something healthy yet delicious and this hit the spot. Served on Beaufort Artisan Bakery Toast with Capra Gia Farms Feta, Heirloom Tomatoes, Herbs, and Shaved Radishes Topped with Poached Egg. My date go the Moroccan scramble $ 15-He loved it and ate it to the last bite. House made Mergez Sausage, Ras Al Hanout Scrambled Eggs and Chickpeas Servedwith Beaufort Artisan Bakery Toast. Their coffee drinks looked great but we were stuffed. A couple beside us got coffee and deserts and would not stop raving about them.

Never would I have thought that a brunch entrée with fish could be really good. The Collins Quarter proved me wrong. The Collins Quarter is a lively restaurant and coffee shop which was extremely packed(1 ½ hour wait) for Sunday brunch. This was most likely due to the fact it was the weekend of the Savannah Marathon, as my group heard from people walking down the street that they had never seen it this busy before. Brunch is a little bit on the expensive side — most of the items will run between $ 10 – 16. Most of the coffee-based drinks were around $ 5. You can also order from the take-out coffee window if you don’t want to dine in. I ordered the«local catch», which is basically an open faced breakfast burrito with fried sunny-side up eggs, avocado, spicy peppers, and seasoned pieces of the fish of the day. When I went, the fish of the day was red snapper. The dish tastes as amazing as it looks. I broke the yolks in the middle of the dish and mixed it with the rest of the food. The peppers added a decent kick to the dish and the fish mixed really well with the avocado and broken egg. Creative, fancy, and well put together. In addition, I ordered the CQ Affogato, which is ice cream with espresso, cinnamon, and chocolate. Very tasty drink. Service was great — upon realizing that the coffee baristas were overwhelmed with making specialty drinks, our server offered the house coffee first on the house. I had never eaten a brunch dish with fish before coming to the Collins Quarter. I’d happily come here and order it again.

Very popular brunch spot because the food is absolutely marvelous here. I wanted to order everything on the menu because it all sounded so good. We settled for the catch of the day and the biscuits and gravy. We had nothing to complain about… the food was just that good. The service was great too– very fast. I also loved how whimsical the food plating was– it just looked like art which made it hard to eat because it looked too pretty to devour!

Great for brunch. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. We had the eggs benedict and the brisket burger, both worth trying. The coffee was excellent.
