If you’ve been to one Waffle House you’ve been to them all. This one in particular had more than usually slow staff. Never came back to check on us after we got our food. Will not being going back!

Watch out for hidden service charges for «to go» food, even when you dine in. My server tried to throw that extra 10% in for herself. I’m guessing she assumed I wouldn’t tip. Thought it was rude of her. Still tipped her well. Hope she learned her lesson.

Waffle House in general is pretty much a standard around the country. You know what to expect and you know how it should taste. But sometimes, there are those that stand out, that take a little more time with the food, and pay a little more attention to details. And, there are those staffers that truly enjoy their jobs and show it when they wait on you. This Waffle House is a perfect example of that. You get what you order and the food tastes good. We will be frequenting this location often, even though it’s further away from us by a few miles than another Waffle House which is the exact opposite of this one.

I really wanted to be a huge fan after some of the reviews but after several trips here and trying most of the menu my conclusion is that this is just mediocre diner food. It’s not the worst I’ve had but certainly not the best either.
The positives are that the service is always fast and friendly and the cost is very reasonable. It’s open 24 hrs so if you are hungry after the club or late movie it will do.
