Scappoose Nail Salon

Literally walked in and got great treatment. Pedicure with a non-​traditional design that I love, and tried the new nail product. They were great, reasonably priced and very nice. Let you know how it goes, but so far, this is the place in Columbia County.

I decided to give this salon a second chance.
And while I’m happy with the nail results, I think the price was a little much. Everyone says this place is the salon in Scappoose with great prices, but idk…
I paid $ 35 for an acrylic fill and gel polish. While I understand gel is more expensive, I usually pay that same price for a fill, gel polish, AND A DESIGN! I did not get a design here and the price was the same…
However, my nails look fabulous! I am pleased with the result. My technician was super kind and friendly!

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far THE WORST mani/​pedi I’ve ever had. What a waste of time and money. It lasted about 15 minutes and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the nail tech even had a license. The polish looks like garbage and I’m on my way home to fix it myself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or you’ll truly be disappointed.

Not worth the money. My massage chair didn’t work, and the pedi lasted all of 15 minutes. Basically $ 25 for a polish change.

Had the deluxe pedicure with the hot stone massage, I was not satisfied barely massaged my legs or feet just ran too hot stones up and down my leg really fast not happy at all put one coat of paint on and moved on to the next customer not satisfied at all would not recommend nor will I be coming back!

This was the worst salon I have ever been to. If you want exceptionally bad customer service and to have to tell them how to cut your nails and for them to treat you with complete disrespect… Then this is the place to go! I had a bad experience here a couple year ago and was not satisfied with their service then but decided to give them a second shot and regret it. Came in and told them I don’t have much time but they proceeded to take 1.5 hrs for a pedicure! I had to ask them to redo my nails more than once because apparent they don’t know how to even cut the cuticle! Then when I asked them to see what colors they have they have they gave me attitude! I decided after so much of my time wasted there already I wasn’t going to be satisfied at this point anyways with so much disrespect. With my nails unfinished I went to the counter to pay and they charged me a ridiculous amount! I told them I would not sign it and she proceeded to yell and call me a b*tch and other curse words! Started taking pictures of my feet and saying she would call the cops. I was so pissed off at the level of lack of professionalism. How can this place even be in business! I am most definitely going to report them to the better business bureau. DON’T TAKE YOUR CHANCES AT THIS CRAPPY PLACE!!!

Lamest pedicure I have ever had. The place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. I was a little creeped out and almost left when I realized a middle aged man who didn’t speak English would be doing my pedi. I should’ve trusted my gut. I have a big callus that was barely touched, and when I directed him back to it, he just buffed it with two strokes, smiled and nodded. 5 minute sub par leg and foot massage. Total pedicure lasted all of 30 minutes. At $ 25, not a bargain. I would NOT recommend this place, and now I know why I was the only customer.

Complete Joke, worst customer service and so rude. Had to go back 2 times and lost a nail in less then 4 days. Then, the girl (only 1 that speaks English) tells me I owe her for her poor work! DONT RECOMMEND THIS SALON???

Worst pedi mani ever. I think the pedi lasted all of 10 minutes! And they did my nails while I was sitting in the pedi chair. I had to awkwardly balance the bowl of water on my lap. There was no massage with the mani or the pedi, the pedi didn’t include any scrubs or anything. It was strictly just a filing of my toes and a washing with the water and a scrub brush (ouch!) even though the services lasted about 10 minutes I then was sent back to wait for them to do the paint job 30 minutes later and was charged $ 65. I wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone I know.

This is a very nice salon, it’s clean and bright and spacious. Ann does a nice job on my acrylic nails, she’s fast and they last a long time. I got the deluxe pedicure which includes the gel, stones etc and it was nice. Could be stronger on the massage part. I watched another customer get a regular pedicure and it was pretty basic.
Prices are a hair higher than other salons in the area but the quiet, calm atmosphere is worth it. They have also been good about honoring my appointment time, and that was the issue that made me leave another local salon who kept me waIting twice in a row…

Went for a gel nail manicure and pedicure ending up paying $ 20 more than she initially had told me it would be. And my mom and I played musical chairs the whole time. It wasn’t enjoyable and this was the last straw. I am not going back to this nail salon.

Subpar service and dishonest business practices.
I suspect the glowing reviews here are planted. I was not at all impressed with my mani pedi. I went in for a pedi. No sign of another customer in sight– should have been my red flag. Technician said I could add a mani for $ 10. I prefer gel manis so I asked her what price for adding a gel mani to the pedi (clearly she had the time and needed the business) and she told me $ 15. I agreed. The whole process took about an hour. Pedicure was worthless. She didn’t even push my cuticles back or care for them at all. I asked about it and she claimed she had done it already. No way. Polish was messy. Very disappointing. Gel mani was less messy, but I suspect she didn’t use the light properly because she didn’t do it like all the other gel manis I’ve had, and the polish started peeling off the next day. And here’s the worst of it: she charged me full price for the pedi AND mani! $ 25 EACH! I politely told her, no, the add-​on mani was supposed to be $ 15…and she ARGUED WITH ME. WTH??? I felt completely ripped off. Although there is something of a language barrier, I have no doubt that she was well aware what she had agreed to and that she was taking advantage. There are other nail salons in town that will take better care of you.

I did not have a good experience the first time I went here in March (waited 40 minutes past my appointment time), but I figured they were still on the newer side and things would settle down. Went again today, but it was still pretty bad.
I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment for service this time (mani pedi), and practically all I received was a polish change. As the pedi was starting the gentleman held the clippers up and smiled, and I said «yes, please,» but he just put them away without saying another word. He then acted like he was filing my nails and trimming the cuticles, but he basically just touched my feet for a minute or two and that was about it. He didn’t apply polish, they changed staff to do that.
The manicure wasn’t any better. Without being too graphic let’s just say that I actually had to take care of my cuticles on my own behalf, right in front of the employee. She stood up during my massage, which made me a bit anxious, but it was less than 2 minutes on each side so it didn’t last long.
While I was there another customer was not happy with her service either, and before it went too far she stopped and said she would prefer to go elsewhere. I wish I had done the same.
The salon was clean and pleasant and they were nice people, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of service. I will never go there again.

Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had! Friendly staff made me feel very welcome.

Tried this new place today and was very pleased. They have a spacious and relaxing setting. Loved the paraffin wax on the regular pedi. They’ve got my return business!

Part of their regular Pedicure a wax dip is included! Anywhere else this is an extra charge. Their prices are just what you expect, not overpriced at all.
I love that the even have a little girls child pedicure chair that looks like a butterfly so girls can get pampered with their Moms, What a great idea!
No more Driving to St. Helens for a rushed and overcrowded pedicure again, this really is the best place to go.
Also, I got my eyebrows done when I was there and they turned out amazing, Nicely shaped! Will def go back again!

I am soooooo happy that scappoose has another nail place. This was the BEST pedi I have ever had. I went to the other thinking they did a great job but I was wrong. Iloooovvvee how clean and how friendly the people/​place is. Worth the extra money to get the full pedi.

I am going there again and again and again! This place rocks!!! Best pedicure ever!!!
