A fine Italian restaurant. Great fish. Everyone makes you feel welcome. The pasta and rack of lamb really fantastic. Always a great meal.

TuttaBella has always been in my peripheral vision — I’m in the area semi-regularly because my favorite Lord & Taylor is next door and my hair stylist is down the road, but I was never inclined to try it. I dined here tonight with some work friends after one of them recommended it. I like the look of TuttaBella — it’s no frills but still interesting. There really isn’t a unifying theme as far as décor — it’s a little all over the place but I don’t mind. The icing on the cake is the lights that hug the outside of the restaurant and the surrounding foliage; they’re Christmas lights without screaming Christmas — a nice touch. Looking over the menu they have a good selection of basic Italian dishes, plus our server highlighted a number of specials. The bread basket contained a number of carbs — Italian bread plus bread sticks and this thin crispy cracker-like thing that was very tasty. We started with some fried calamari; the marinara sauce it came with was underseasoned but the calamari itself was very good — not chewy at all with an almost puffy consistency. For my main I had chicken capricciosa which was also very good. The chicken cutlet was the perfect thickness and I could tell the arugula salad was fresh because it had that raw, slightly earthy taste(mmmm). For dessert we shared the chocolate lava cake, napoleon, and some biscotti. The staff was super friendly, and overall I had a great meal. Glad I discovered this place after passing it so many times =)

Drove up from Bridgeport CT today and had a great time. The staff is very professional and very attentive. Started off with a warm basket with assorted breads. I had the chicken balsamic, with peppers sausage and onions in a brown sauce. The portion was huge. Topped it off with a glass of Chianti. I couldn, t believe how nice the staff was for a very fancy restaurant. Will definitely be back with my father.

Love, love, love it here. The service is just as good as the food. They treat my family and I as if we were their own. They are very attentive and if there’s any issue(which there rarely is) they rectify immediately. The desserts are all homemade and amazing. I do not have a sweet tooth but if you go you must order their napoleon! It’s heaven on a plate! I Wouldn’t change a thing!

Tutti Bella which means 100% beautiful is certainly a fitting name for this fine eating establishment. The reception was warm and welcoming — my Kettel One and pineapple was on the table before I could place the order. Tonite was more about meeting with great friends and clients in Westchester than food, but the folks at Tutta Bella made food an just as important to the success of this evenings events. My order of Zucchini Flowers in a gentle but flavorful red sauce followed by a pan seared Bronzino was just what the doctor ordered. A bountiful tray of homemade pastries and cappuccino coupled a handshake made this deal junkie love his business even more. When good friends and good deals come together it’s Tutta Bella.

I been going to this restaurant for a few years. The service and quality has gone down hill. The Hostess is very obnoxious. The manager has tge personality of a mannequin. The over staffed servers are totally uneducated and have no customer service training. I had the lobster tails that were fresh… now out of a can …very unedible. I will never be returning… you are better off at The Olive Garden. Buyer Beware…

The bar service and bar tender is great. The place is well lit and plenty of staff to keep you happy. The food was excellent and hot. It was crowded but still comfortable. Deserts were good and coffee was hot. We will be back… Great food great price!

Average food with above average service. A bit over priced IMO but perhaps your paying for the guy to crumb your table and fold your napkin.

Great food, wonderful staff, comfortable atmosphere, with outside seating on the patio and rooftop deck that is really nice during the warmer months. Also love the way they decorate for the holidays very warm and cosy inside. My family and I have been eating here for years and the food is always consistent, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and the staff is always helpful if you want o substitute something, very accommodating and friendly. Also don’t pass on the napoleon dessert, its a must try!!! You will not be disappointed.

Very good food and priced right. Service is prompt but relaxed. They let us hang out for an hour after desert without any hassle. Would recommend for a date that’s what I did and it went real well

Nice ambiance, very family-friendly. Wait staff is excellent, polite, accommodating and knowledgable which is always great for the indecisive(me). The bread basket was delicious, as others have mentioned. Great wine list, and a lot of menu options to choose from. The hot antipasti was delicious, calamari was great, but my entrée wasn’t as delectable as I’d hoped… I had some sort of pasta with butter sauce and lobster, could’ve used some seasoning… was overwhelmingly rich, but some ground pepper and salt helped balance it out a bit. The seafood pasta was good, fresh seafood, nothing was fishy which is great because sometimes muscles and clams tend to taste like the ocean, but they were flavorful and not the least bit fishy. Nothing really blew me away, but everything was enjoyable. Overall, I had a good time here and I’ll definitely return.

The food is consistently good here – I love the veal capricciosa. It’s usually where we go for a special night out. The service is always excellent. We’ve also hosted and attended parties on the main floor – around 40 people and we were very satisfied. The valet parking can get a little hairy, but not the worst problem in the world. The restrooms are upstairs(steep steps), so just FYI. We ate there as recently as this past weekend. There was an incredibly loud, drunk group near us who made it difficult to truly enjoy but the management was responsive when we politely complained.

What a find! Great service & white linens to match. All decked out for Christmas which turned the rainy Monday blues into BIG smiling faces with really good tasty food that was nicely & professionally presented! Will be back with family & friends ;)

Been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time now. I loved the atmosphere and décor but overall the food was lacking flavor. We started with the calamari which needed to be crisper, and needed salt. Also the marinara dipping sauce was very bland as well. Also, the service was very slow. Our waiter was nice and I don’t like to rushed while out to dinner but we def felt ignored/passed over for bigger tables. Overall not a memorable meal and not a place I will be going back to… which is disappointing bc I had such high hopes.

This restaurant has consistently delicious food and absolutely impeccable service all for a very reasonable price, considering the quality! I come here about one a month and it is always bustling no matter what night of the week it is. This is the kind of place where they remember and reward loyal customers but also treat everyone as a VIP. Highlights include fresh and inventive specials every night, scrumptious home baked crackers for the table, reasonably priced wines, and the absolute BEST ice water I’ve ever had! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a meal here!

Help Unilocal,I must be eating in a different restaurant. The food is ok not fabulous like other reviewers have said. This place is completely overrated. I cannot get passed THENOISELEVEL, ITFEELSLIKEEATINGAT A BRUCESPRINGSTEENCONCERT. I left feeling like I had an anxiety attack. I cannot understand the five star reviews, either everyone is a relative or most people have never eaten in a five star restaurant. Pass this one until they remodel acoustically, you’ll thank me for this honest review

The entrance is off on the side street and the parking situation was a bit confusing when I arrived. At the time of arrival there was no sign or attendant. I ended up parking at the bank next door only to find out it was valet only. The interior is no-frills, sterile and all white with simple black and white portraits on the walls. Tables are tight and the atmosphere was loud, energetic and bustling. Most diners were dressed nicely, many wearing sport coats. The waiters were very, very attentive and friendly and the menu offers a large variety of typical Italian-American cuisine. We were seated quickly and service was fast. For appetizers we got the Minestrone soup special(very good) and the Clams Oreganata(excellent). I got the Pollo Scarpariello(chicken with sausage in a garlic, lemon and white wine sauce).(Very good). The chicken was slightly overdone but I loved the sauce, veggies and potatoes that came with it. My wife got one of the specials, Seafood Risotto(very good). The house Merlot(BV — $ 14/glass) was excellent. The wine list is huge. The chocolate lava cake dessert was amazing. It was a great place to spend our anniversary. Casual, yet elegant enough.
