Nice place for a quick brunch or lunch. Was able to stop here while my mother shopped. Food was good and came out quick. Waiter was a little less friendly than I would’ve liked, but not rude or mean.

The cashier Witchamere –I asked her name because I couldn’t believe her rudeness– Is unbelievable. Huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at us as we went to pay with a gift card. «I don’t know how to do that!» She spat at us. Somehow this was our fault. As we fished in our pockets for cash she waved us away impatiently and yelled over our heads at her next victims. Should be fired and sent away to work in a gulag.

Walked out twice in the last 6 weeks. Not many places to eat in the area with out getting into a car. Waitresses rude and need to learn how to do their job, food average if get it. prices outrageous, I ordered hot chocolate, it was 5.50, about 6 ounces and tasted worse than the powdered mix. I would rather go hungry then ever set foot in here again

This place is in a random spot at lord and Taylor’s. I couldn’t really find it at first but asking around I finally got to it on the 3rd floor. So right away I walked in and the place was dead but w/e didn’t really care I was just hungry. So finally I ordered and got my food right away and the waitress was very nice. The food ehhhh was not great… The eggs were very dry, honestly I only liked the tomato soup.

Went to Sarabeth’s for lunch. Used to be good but of late the service has become slow. Food now really just average and not worth the price charged. Only gave this review one star as you can’t give less! Watched an elderly lady with her young granddaughter wait 45 minutes to be served by an uninterested waitress more interested in chatting with her colleagues. After 45 minutes of pointing out to the waitress that the young child needed to eat the waitress informed the customer that a food preparation machine in the kitchen was broken so they couldn’t deliver the meal. The customer asked why she wasn’t informed about this for so long and the waitress just shrugged her shoulders. Upon this the customer stood up and walked out in disgust. Every diner in the restaurant was appalled at the way the lady and child were treated. I wouldn’t go back to this establishment again on principle. It could just as easily have been a member of my family treated so shabbily!

I was out with my son and wanted to find a diner or other breakfast place in the area for brunch. We recently moved here so I don’t know where all the good brunch places are. I also hate waiting a long time for a table on a Sunday morning and I’m so tired of bagels. Is that all people eat around here? I heard of Sarabeth’s and thought I would give it a try, I was tired of driving around since I didn’t plan ahead of Unilocal a place. They opened at noon and we got there a bit early so they let us sit at a table while we waited for noon. There are lots of table so I doubt there is ever much of a wait. They have a nice menu, definitely a few notches up from an ihop. They have a lot of options for breakfast and lunch. My son wanted chicken fingers and french fries so I was very happy to see both on the kid’s menu, which had a lot of other nice options. I ordered pancakes. My pancakes were fine, not memorable but not bad either. My son’s meal was huge! The chicken fingers were made with real white meat and were very big. His plate was also over flowing with french fries. He was happy so I was happy. I would go back in but I’d like to check out some more local and smaller establishments.

Always a table for my family of four. Can’t beat that!!! We will never have to wait in a 45 minute plus line in the cold or hot again. Good quality food. I’m a big fan of the deconstructed cobb salad minus blue cheese. My wife loves the poached salmon tower. My girls both love the children’s menu with a drink, scrambled eggs and fruit salad consisting of strawberries and grapes. Every kids ideal brunch. Glad to have found it and wary about spreading the word!
