Went during the semi annual sale, and it was a zoo! I expected it to be busy, but not as messy as it was. I saw products with leaks from the cap/top. Also, try to stack your promos! I brought coupon for $ 20 off $ 50 plus all the sales to begin with. The cashier congratulated us on our savings.

The staff was not helpful and at the end of my checkout I remembered I had a coupon. The girl behind the counter two rolled her eyes and said«ugh, I’d have to do a full return.» I could tell she didn’t want to do it so walked out with coupon still in hand. I’m so annoyed and will never shop at this location again.

i always appreciate the coupons they send u to get free stuff. those small travel sizes are very handy when it comes to travellin. i like most of the scents they have so theres always a lot to choose from. i just wish theyd offer coupons on the other items they have besides their signature lines.

I ran into this store on my lunch break to grab a gift. Amazingly attentive service! The associates, especially Lily, went out of their way to check for a product, give me time to find a coupon and gift wrap my purchase. All was done with grace and a smile. These employees know how to make an impression, even during lunch hour.

I love this store !! I got offered a survey and got a gift card for $ 15! This store is huge and the people was extra helpful. One of the employees helped me pick out«mad about you» without asking which was nice. They accepted my printed coupon for 20% off!

Store Review: Great location with promotions of course. This is a well stocked store similar to the Stratford location. Employees are helpful and they always have bargain bins in the front of the store for exceptional savings. The only downside is when things are not on sale they are quite pricey and this location is very busy at times so the checkout line can be very very long so be prepared to wait. Pros– great sales, best exfoliating hand soap, sink in store to try hand soap and also lotions Cons– normal price items are expensive Hidden deals– Sign up for email notifications of sales

Can’t beat B & B and the deals they have! My mom + I stopped in during the pre-holiday rush to get some last minute gifts(for me, her, and her coworkers). There was a Buy 3, Get 3 Free promo going at the time. Mom had put some candles on hold and we were thankful they were still there(as a sales associate stated most people don’t pick them up and they had contemplated putting said Hold items back on the floor). I’d hope that they’d tell customers when items would be on hold until(as was customary when I worked customer service). We also scooped up the second-to-last Top 10 Bucket in the store(thankful, because that was a gift to me). Too bad this year’s buckets weren’t in the cute paint bucket style(with a handle) last year’s came in; instead, they have a plastic screw-off top. A prominent downside was that we weren’t even greeted nor acknowledged by sales associates, even when we were standing and asking questions to one another within earshot. I know I had openly asked about«clean scents like linen,» though it was a while before we made our own way to the«Sea Island Cotton» scent. It would have been helpful if a sales associate near us picked up on our verbal cues(since I know they heard) and directed us towards that scent. Admittedly I haven’t been in a B & B in YEARS, so the only scents I was familiar with were Cucumber Melon, Twilight Woods, Sweet Pea, and Japanese Cherry Blossom. We also sought out a sales associate to explain the difference between the cream vs. lotion. The sales associate explained the cream was more expensive(it wasn’t, I pointed out)… then in explaining the differences, she simply read from the label on the back. Which.I.already.did.myself. That didn’t really help much, as I can read quite well. Also shook my head when she pronounced«acai» berry phonetically. In all we scored a good deal, no thanks to the lack of customer service.

I utterly LOVE Bath and Body Works and their products, especially their candles and warming oils. Anyway, most experiences are very standard, people are nice, always telling you about the deals, asking if you need help, etc., and I usually have a coupon which is great. This review, however, is losing points due to one very rude lady and I left feeling like the biggest jerk. let me preface that I am NOT a Xmas Eve-Last Minute Shopper, I was only helping out my hubby grab one last gift SUPER quick. So I arrive in the store around 5:50 and I instantly this wide-eyed woman practically yells at me «What do you need help with?» I stammer, «Oh I just need to grab a candle, need to text my husband what kind.» Walk over to the candles, pick up two in about 5 seconds, walk to the register, get checked out, and start to walk towards the door.(Now mind you, there are other people in the store still shopping or at the register) As I am walking I see that the doors are closed so I go to turn around, again the wide-eyed lady yells at me from behind«Ma’am! I closed that door, you have to go to the other.» Walking fastly, she is still behind me and now yelling even louder«you know I want to get my employees home and to their families.» YES, I completely understand and I want them home as well. no need to yell at me and single me out when others are still there. So, so incredibly rude. I have NEVER had an experience like that at B&BW and it left a very big sour taste in my mouth.

The staff is is very friendly and do what they can to help. I love the candles and the shop is very spacious. It’s always clean and well kept however don’t expect anything cheap. Being that it is Woodfield the prices can be frustrating. Other than that I’ll still occasionally walk in to browse.

I like B&B works, this store is bigger than most mall stores since it’s location is between the corner of two walkways. Lots of space to freely move about the store and take time to see everything. Some stores like the stand alone locations are filled with so much merchandise you can overlook alot. Funny how the other reviewer A.W. says the complete opposite of what I’m saying. I can see how here it could be hella busy during holiday shopping, still much more stock, variety of items and clearance bins.

I love Bath & Body Works, but I always try to avoid going to this location. Its always really crowded and the wait for the checkout lines can be insanely long at times. Stick to the smaller Bath & Body stores outside the mall!
