What a terrible store! I honestly don’t know how or why they are still in business. Olivia, the manager, is the rudest, most unprofessional, ignorant person I have ever encountered. The store has a limited inventory, the staff is not educated on fragrances and they have bad attitudes. Do yourself a favor and just patronize department stores that will take ownership of issues rather than penalizing customers.

Still a great place to find favorite colognes for much cheaper costs than a typical department store. They do have a website which I recently learned is NOT connected to the website, at least, the prices on the website are not shared by the stores. In comparison, the online store is greatly cheaper and if you are lucky to check prices during a clearance sale you’ll know what I mean. There is one gal that works here that has been working here for years whose service over the years sucks and continues to do so. Stuck up, thinks she’s hot shit and says she’s lost her sense of smell so she really can’t help me pick out a new scent. WTF? On top of that she has no sense of humor so while I’m trying to be nice and spend alot of money in here, she sucks in general. If you shop here as often as I do, you would know who I’m talking of.
