We were visiting from our of town, and very excited to have dunkin donuts, as they have very few where we are from. We politely asked for just a moment because we are not familiar with the menu. The man grunted. We ordered 2 coffees and before we could order the third, he gave us the total, when we told him we had one more he told us to «hurry up». Keep in mind this conversation was no more than a minute long. We were so rushed, we ended up just ordering whatever we could as fast as possible. On top of that he got our order wrong. Terrible, terrible customer service and so RUDE. Save yourself the trouble, go to Starbucks…

I could appreciate the consistency in service and quality that I recieve every visit at this location. It seems newer and is always reasonable in how long the drive-thru takes. Coffee always tastes fresh regardless of the time I swing by and the service is always very good.

I dont normally bash anyone but this place is filthy disgusting. From the person taking the order to the food and person giving the food it was horrible. I got a grease filled biscuit and the hashbrowns were also refried in so much oil that i had to spit them out. Their quality has gone so down so much. Used to love it but never going there again and all the people i know i will spread the word.

New place. Nice décor. Very friendly staff. We visit this place often. Great food. This is farther location than the other dunkin donuts place from my place. The farther location feels like being at McDonalds or taco bell. This place is quiet, great to hangout with kids or friends. I will come back again and recommend to my friends. I didn’t see anything weird about this place as other reviews on my 3 visits so far. I have not tried drive thru at this location and don’t plan to as its nicer to come and relax inside.

This is easily the WORST run Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. There was literally a domestic dispute happening in the back behind the counter including the use of multiple obscenities between a lady that works there and some guy in street clothes. My coworker and I waited at least 20 minutes to receive a total of 2 9pc hash-browns and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The communication and teamwork was non-existent and no apologies were made.

I’ve been here a few times to pick up donuts in the drive thru and gone into the shop. No issues through the drive thru but something about going inside just is a bit awkward. Can’t quite put my finger on it, but it’s there.
This location is a fancy new construction though so it’s super clean, modern, and well organized inside. Bonus points for having a drive thru.

This is the legit worst dunkin I have ever been too… They have no idea how to make a iced coffee with flavor, and mess up food all the time. Just opened and I cringe knowing this is the only one by my house. Please hire someone that knows how to make a iced coffee, like seriously ??? You know how annoying it is getting home and having the worlds worst cup of coffee… I get coffee everyday and I will stop if this continues and make sure to tell everyone how terrible this dunkin doughnuts is… It’s not brain surgery. Geezus
