Staff is nice. The hookah is simply mediocre. Both hookahs we ordered would not warm up. The taste of the tobacco is regular. not AlFakker. The bowls are not loaded. They charge 2 extra dollars if credit card is used.

I have been to many hookah bars and have to say that this was the worst one. There was just one person serving and he was in the kitchen all the time. I had to actually go in the kitchen and ask him to change the coal/​get the cheque etc. Very friendly to regular customers and ignorant to the new ones. They charge per person instead of the number of hookahs you order. Not that I mind but just saying. Highly disappointed with the service. Won’t recommend this place to new customers.

This place is awesome. Nice atmosphere, even better Shiesha. Omair knows how to make the perfect mix. Great flavors and house blends. Try the sweet baby.

I hate taking stars off. Especially to cool hang out places. There are so few non-​food lounges. But the crowds at this place are getting really obnoxious. The last time we were there, this bunch of guys started to pick a fight and throw water bottles around. We later saw them peeing on the wall of the neighboring store. Gross! Not that it’s the fault of the establishment but it just doesn’t feel as safe there anymore.
Plus, they just can’t seem to get their equipment fixed properly. Within 10 mins of puffing on your hookah, the tobacco gets really harsh. No matter how many times you ask, and the staff is really polite and accommodating, they just can’t get it right.
I feel really bad downgrading my review and worse about having to find a new hookah place to frequent. Dammit!

Very good hookah bar in the suburbs. The customer service is phenomenal. The staff came by every few minutes to make sure everything is going well for us. You can bring in food (taco bell is next door).

Clean and comfortable hookah lounge with hospitable service. I went on a Sunday night when things weren’t so busy and had a great mixed blend by the server based off of Captain Crunch Berries, which ended up tasting very nice. It was definitely an enjoyable and relaxing experience and I am sure to go again.

Honestly! I’ve been to many hookah bars and although they were girl was nice here. The quality of the hookah fell below my expectations. The smoke is week, the flavors are pale and could honestly say I won’t be coming back.
This place needs a good upgrade. For starters it would be nice if the hookah was prompt and ready to smoke. Having the customers do the work in getting the hookah started just goes to show the lack of service. I hope they are not expecting tips. Not smoking hookah in a long while looking forward to a good smoke with my partner who hasn’t smoked in a wile, this place made me feel embarrassed to bring him along. What a waste of money in taste and style.

I really enjoyed my visit. My husband and I were discussing how this was the most hospitable hookah lounge we’ve ever been to. The owner, Umair, seemed very knowledgeable about the hookahs and the flavors. By far the most comfortable I have ever felt in a hookah lounge, as odd as that is. Usually, I’m not expecting a lot out of the services at a lounge, but after my experience here, it’s hard not to compare. Don’t even get me started on the awesome flavors, there all different and unique. Once again, I’m not one to know too much about flavors and smoking, but I could definitely say that I really liked it; and I’m for sure going back. I strongly recommend Fumare to everyone that would like to get treated like family. Excellent service and excellent flavors!!!

Been here a few times with my buddies. The «waitresses» here were super nice and timely and had great hookah suggestions! The management here though were total shitheads and treated their emplyess like total crap ive witnessed it first hand. Also customers and management would harass the waitresses all the time and management would do absolutely nothing. Pretty sure this place and their other locations aka aria will be shut down for their bad business practices, sexual harassment lawsuits, and best of all cheating the government out of tax money and paying their waitresses all in cash without even giving their server the tips that were left for them. God bless the sweetheart servers there who put up with all that shit, the service by them is the only reason I ever go

Hookahs don’t work. They should fix their equipments (shisha).

I love the interior of this place but since Frank left it seems like this place isn’t as appealing. Prices are right in the middle but there is NEVER any toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. Drink selection is not all that great but If you haven’t already been here I suggest you check it out.

Definitely not worth the ridiculous price of $ 10 per person. We had a broken hookah and the pipe had been taped back together so too much air was passing through the pipe. We did not get a new hookah. The employee working that night did not check on us once to see if we were okay. I had to walk up to her when she was with her friends to pay. Will not be back ever!

Their menu read $ 10 next to the hookah we ordered. When checking out we discovered that $ 10 meant per person. What a rip-​off!

I sincerely misjudged this place.
After my not-​so-​favorable Unilocal review, the manager/​owner contacted me and apologized for the experience and that he would make it right. I thought that was very nice, even though it wasn’t the worst customer experience I’ve had. I decided to return for an evening alone with a smoke and my books (which I don’t get to do very often).
I arrived around 10:30pm, thinking to myself that maybe the offer would be forgotten. I didn’t want to be one of those customers that demanded freebies and «Come on, I know the owner!» I was willing and prepared to pay full price just to relax and have fun. I was immediately greeted and seated by a very nice young man, who let me take my time with the menu. He even offered to turn up the lights slightly so I could read my book. I ordered Sweet Baby, which is described as «fresh fruity ‘O’s». I immediately thought of Froot Loops, and who doesn’t love Froot Loops? A sadist, that’s who.
Shortly afterward, a man came with my hookah and sat down to talk about my previous review. He explained that on the night I was there, it was a hectic night and everything that went wrong, did. He also offered to make it up to me with tonight’s order, in addition to my next visit. I was very touched. I had no intention of bringing up my last visit or even asking for special treatment. Never in my entire life has someone actually remembered me and offered to help right up front, not even in other places where I had to speak to corporate. I immediately felt guilty for my review, letting him know that I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble, and I’m not an unreasonable customer. He assured me that all was fine, and that they would take care of me. I was blown away by this awesome level of customer service.
Sweet Baby is delicious and smooth, and the coals kept coming. It kind of tastes like Froot Loops; I enjoyed it. The staff let me stay for as long as I liked (within reason, of course) and do my thing.
This time around, my experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I realize now that I went on a bad day last time, but now I’m glad I gave this place a second chance. I’ll definitely come again, and next time I’ll invite a friend.

I have been to this place twice now in the past month or so and I have to say that this place has is by far the best in the suburbs area. In addition, I have never had a hookah before that was smooth as what they have at Fumare and this is coming from a guy who has purchased several hookahs, premium tobaccos and coals in the past.
During my first visit, I was with a friend who had ordered hummus and pita bread, I was too busy enjoying hookah but he did say that hummus was very good.
I highly recommend this place, the staff is very helpful and know how to provide the best service. This is definitely going in my list of hangout spot with friends.

I remember when I first came to this place like four years ago, I didn’t even walk in the door because they were so packed. But over the years I have made this place a prime local hangout spot. It’s great if you wanna chill with friends, just go and use your laptop (free wi-​fi), or find a late night place to chill if you’re under 21.
The HUMMUS is amazing. i love their hummus and juices and teas.
If you smoke hookah, you get spoiled because most of it is premium tobacco already. But if you want to try something different try the new blends like Euphoria to get a major buzz or «knock out».
It’s been a favorite spot of a lot of my friends for years. On weekends they have good music and djs. TV is always on.
