I have to give the highest marks to this Radioshack at Woodfield. My battery died in my unlocking/autostart keychain for my little Fit and a coworker recommended I go here to get a new one. I went, we opened my starter, and they had the battery I needed in stock. The guy working was so helpful that he actually tested my old battery for me. It was fully charged meaning there is some issue with my keychain other than the battery being dead. This guy really didn’t have to do this and because of it he ended up getting no sale. I really appreciate the customer service here and I would highly recommend Radioshack to others.

Store Review: If you need a cell phone or some small electronic item, this is a great place to stop by. The store is small however it carries most items. Service is friendly as well. The only downside is the price is usually more than online, but what can you do if you need something ASAP. Pros– unique electronic store i.e. you can find thermal paste, transistors etc Cons– Expensive Hidden deals-None

The service at this store is pretty bad, and if you’re looking to buy speakers in pairs Radio Shack isn’t the place to go. Unless you want to drive to another store to get the second one.

This staff there sucks! I only went there to buy the HTCEVO because they were the only ones that had it in stock and they had one left. When checking out they wanted me to buy all these add ons… I was like no thanks! Then they told me «well if we knew you weren’t going to buy any of these add ons we wouldn’t have sold you the phone» uhh can we say rude! Won’t be going back.
