Sprint Store

The service here is terrible. I wanted to upgrade my phone and to get more information. The young guy kept sticking phone cases and wouldn’t even take the time to stop his stocking to look up my account info and sit down and consult. There was no even a customer in sight. On top of it he had this attitude like he didn’t want me in the store. I walked out wordlessly after he started ignoring my question. For a location in the best mall in the area, this sprint store is subpar at best.

Worse experience ever!!! They lied and told me my bill would be something else. They did not explained everything with me. I Would not recommend anyone to go here!

This review is based solely on poor customer service. We all know the connection sucks but after my visit to this sprint store it basically confirmed to me how careless the people that sprint hires really are.
I got the iPhone 6 as a present from my boyfriend. It was brand new in an unopened box still with the plastic packaging around it. We walked up to the store and there was an employee standing outside flirting with some random guy. My boyfriend needed a SIM card for his new phone so we politely asked If they had any since the Apple Store directed us here. She said that they don’t carry any SIM cards in the stores and we would have to go to corporate (we later weren’t surprised to find out she was lying). You could tell she was annoyed that we had another question because as soon as we said we wanted to activate my new phone she asked where we got it from. When my boyfriend told her craigslist (even though it was none of her business) she immediately could care less since we didn’t waste our money buying it from sprint. She «called» sprint to supposedly activate my phone and proceeded to tell us the phone was in use by another person. We both knew she was lying since we checked the IMEI number before we came and it was clean. We then went outside the store and sat on a bench and had absolutely no problem activating it ourselves. I was really tempted to go back in the store and tell her off but I’m just not that kind of person. Next we found ourselves hunting all over town for a SIM card because apparently corporate is the one that doesn’t carry them. Nevertheless, I’m so tired of sprints poor customer service and this girl should really just be fired for not giving a s***. If only Verizon paid ETFs.,

I came here to see if my phone’s battery issues would’ve been covered by sprint or at least cheaper than the Apple Store with my Sprint warranty. I came in and the two reps were servicing other customers with setting up their new phones. They neglected to smile at me, greet me, say hello, etc. I waited for a solid 20 minutes and watched one of the employees check her phone & laugh with the other employee. All the while, I was not amused. I decided to leave after waiting quite some time. I thought it was absurd that they didn’t even ask about my reason for my visit to the store, because for all we know, my phone issue could have been something they couldn’t help with and I would have wasted 30 minutes of my life just waiting there. Two thumbs down!

Do not shop at this sprint store manager is totally incompetent and employees they have bad attitudes and they will screw up your account stay away from this store!!!

Stopped by Sprint just to check on the phone cases and check out the Galaxy Gear. Frank Delgado was AMAZING. BEST Customer Service we’ve ever received from SPRINT — and we’ve NEVER had a bad experience at any of the sprint stores we’ve been to… so that says a lot!
The reason I rate Frank so highly is he really knows his stuff. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the features on all the phones they offer, and he even went above and beyond hyping up the phone we just bought. if you’re looking for an absolutely honest Sales Associate (not just trying to sell you the highest priced phone) visit this kiosk. You will not be disappointed!

Please AVOID Sprint service all together!!! Worst experience we had! We switched to Sprint for the unlimited data plan for the apple iPhone. The service was good for the first 14 days. We did notice that the internet was slightly slow.
On day 19, the service just went downhill! We were getting a lot of dropped calls. We went to the Sprint Store in Woodfield and they claimed that it was probably a defective apple iphone. Apple was great by replacing both our iphones.
We still kept getting dropped calls. I counted over 25 in one day! This really upset us! We called Sprint to complain, and they finally confessed that they are upgrading the towers and it would take over 2+ months to resolve this! I told them that I wanted to cancel service. They said I would have to pay $ 700 in cancellation fees!
I could not believe that they were going to charge me cancellation fees when they acknowledge that I would continue to get high dropped calls per day for over 2 months??? Are you kidding me??? We left them, and switched to Verizon.
Although Verizon is more expensive, you get what you paid for!!! Avoid Sprint especially if you get the Apple 4S. Suri will barely work with Sprint!!!
I would give Sprint 0 Stars if I could!
