I was impressed with the catering job by One Reputation. The variety and quality of the passed appetizers was impressive. Braised short rib with gnocchi, shut up so good. Spring rolls with chili sauce, yum, potstickers, delish.
The cheese display was thoughtful with little tags to identify the cheeses. I appreciated the bar selection and the generous pours. The sit down portion of the meal was a bit disappointing being they pre set the salad course, warm salad, not my thing. For my entrée I had the sliced sirloin with roasted tomatoes and mashed potatoes. The flavor was good but it was served tepid. I can imagine how hard it is to pull off perfect food for 300+ attendees.
I took note of the direction of the manager to the service staff, he knew what he was doing. Overall this caterer left me with a positive impression.
