I stopped at Madison Pizza in Schenectady for a quick lunch recently, which is a typical cozy strip plaza pizza place near the the Chrisler Ave/Altamont Ave intersection. The place is order at the counter and there’s seating for eating in. Madison Pizza serves up thin crust NY style pizza(slices/4 cut-8 cut-16 cut round/12 cut-24 cut square), wraps, subs, salads, gyros, fried chicken, seafood, pasta dinners, appetizers, and more. Coupon specials are also offered on the colorful printed menus in the shop. They also serve up baked macaroni & cheese, sweet potato pie, fried dough, and cobblers with colorful pictures on display. I ordered 2 cheese slices for my lunch, which came out to $ 3.80 with tax. The slices were reheated in the hot oven for about 2 minutes. The thin crust cheese pizza slices were pretty good, which had a crisp and firm on the bottom & slightly thick edges, a soft dough texture inside with a good tomato sauce and plenty of melted browned cheese(a bit greasy on top). This is just what I needed to go with my iced tea. Quick and convenient! FREEDELIVERY: $ 10 minimum
