Walked in on a Sunday, they were busy but asked us to sign in and if we needed any help with what services were provided to just ask. They were very friendly. We had to wait approximately 20 minutes. I got a full set. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted. He right away let me know he hadn’t done that kind of design before but gave me two different options of how he could do it. He was extremely helpful. He did a wonderful job on my nails. Asked me every step of the way if I liked it… statrting with if I wanted my natural nail clipped or not before he put the tips on. He did a test run of the colors I wanted on my nail before doing anything to make sure they worked together. He was very attentive, and actually held a nice, fun flowing conversation with me. He offered me a complimetry beverage which included water, soda, or wine. It was a very good experience, especially since I had gone to the same salon for five years previous to finding Ann’s. My boyfriend got a pedicure, and said it was absolutely amazing. They actually did a great massage. The prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the Schertz area. I tried them due to being the only salon in the area without terrible reviews, and I’m glad I did. I will be back! :)

So I have been coming here for ages. For the past 6 months I have been taking my 5 year old once a month with me for her to get a mani/​pedi too. We got there early today. It was not yet crowded. We picked our color and were led to our chairs as usual. Then it got busy. More employees started showing up to help out. The workers started on me and then started seating and helping the other adults. My child was there first and with me and she was ignored. Then finally a guy sits down to do her pedicure, however every couple minutes he gets up to get something, goes out whenever someone else comes in and generally ignores my child. I paid for her mani/​pedi but I should not have since he did a half ass job. He also didn’t respond to her when she spoke with him and he does speak english.
When I got there I was given a three part binder and said these were the new choices for pedicures. $ 35, 40 and 50 bucks. The yellow card never came out. The $ 35 one was closest to what I normally got but I got so much less, not even a foot rub.
When I finally went to pay I saw the yellow sheet at the front. I told the guy who did my daughter’s pedi that he should probably take that down since they were not offering that anymore. He said that they were but the new ones with with an exclusive line of all natural products. I told him I was told those were my only choices and with the crap service I got today I was not coming back. I had signed up for an eyebrow way too but never got that.
They have to realize there are 2 more nail salons on every street. They can be easily replaced.
