I love this nail place! Especially the coupons on the back of a heb receipt!:) If you like getting shellac, go there because they have over 50 different colors to choose from! There’s been times when they get a little backed up but I’ve heard the ladies or gentleman ask you first if you can wait or come back in 20 mins, that’s your decision.

Absolute worst experience! Went in for a quick pedicure. It was so hot in the salon that I was sweating. They took me back to a chair in which I sat in hot water without anything in it for 40 minutes. By that time I didn’t have time to stay to get an hour pedicure. The man finally came over and I said please just put a clear coat on because I have to go. He did and charged me $ 10.00. I would never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. If I lived here I would always go to Nail Lounge on 3009… I knew I should have just gone the extra few miles to them.

I have been going here since BAO opened this salon last year and received wonderful customer service! Since he sold out… this place has gone to hell in a handbasket! The nail techs are rude, and impersonal. When I spend $ 70 for a nail and pedicure I expect to be treated with respect! Today all the workers there did nothing but talk in Vietnamese and laugh among themselves! Never once did they engage in conversation with not only me but none of the other women there getting their nails and toes done. I will take my business elsewhere that appreciates my being a customer and will not be back!

I will admit I’ve been here two separate times before, for a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. In the past it’s been horrible. Got in immediately today and had Amber do my nails. She was wonderful. She was quick, efficient and double checked her work. Pushed the cuticles all the way up, trimmed and filed my nails the way I asked and polish was applied over the entire nail with no spots. I was wrong before! Amber is my new girl to go to!

DONOTUNDERANYCIRCUMSTANCEUSETHISSALON!!! I have been here a few times for manicures and pedicures with no problem. BUT when I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed my mind about this place completely changed. I have never had that much pain in my life(let me quickly say I am not new to waxing. I have had various areas of my body waxed monthly for the past 10 years. Eyebrows waxed about monthly so this is NOT my first time.) I understand there is pain with it, but nothing like this. The lady put the wax down so low some of it was on my eyelid. It did not feel like it normally does when I get them waxed. Upon leaving my brows were slightly red which is normally for me and goes away in about an hour. Once arriving back to work I noticed a HORRIBLE bruise on my eye. I contacted the salon and called twice before finally speaking to the owner Pow. He said he wanted to see them and to come in. I went back about 24 hours later to show him. He and several ladies got involved and told me the same exact thing. «its normal it happens to everyone with sensitive skin». Which is not ATALL true. Bruising after a wax is NEVER supposed to happen. They just kept blowing off my concerns. I don’t even know if she was licensed to work there since I never saw it. I eventually stormed out of the salon because I was obviously getting no where. This salon could careless about the safety of their customers. ***Let me just say I NEVER call a business to complain about anything, I did so out of concern for the safety of other customers since this lady has NO business working until she knows how to do it correctly.**** I added two pictures so you can see it for yourself.
