As of 10:15am this morning (11÷27÷15) I have all the pieces of my bed! I was contacted on Unilocal by the online customer service people. Chris was great! He got all the appropriate info from me, had a service person call me. I explained the situation… she said they would ship it to me ASAP. I thought it would get here on Wednesday (11⁄25) but I’m satisfied that it got here this morning. I bought a Select Comfort bed 15+ years ago and did the whole thing online… never went to a store. I loved that bed… which is why I wanted another one. I wish this had not turned into such a fiasco, but I love the product and I’m happy that this was resolved.

Great experience and very helpful salesperson! Kim Rush was not pushy at all and made us feel at home. Explained different options as far as beds, pillows, etc without overwhelming us. She suggested that we lay on each bed for at least 15 minutes and never rushed us. Highly recommend!
