If I could give zero stars I would, but 1 star is the lowest rating I can provide. The owner, Roberto, told me he had all relevant parts for the phone repair and it would take two hours. We proceeded to shop and then received a call from the store at 1251 pm to let us know the phone wouldn’t be done by 1pm as promised. The tech had just arrived at the store. Come to find out the owner can’t do the major repair work so he disassembled the phone so I couldn’t cancel the order. I ended up waiting 3 hours for the phone to be fixed but they couldn’t do the complete job because they didn’t have all of the parts. This was such a negative experience that I wouldn’t recommend the store to others. If you do use their services makes sure they have all of the required parts and the proper techs are on site to do the work.

I went into the Wal-​Mart in Schertz, TX to buy groceries, I never knew that they had a cellphone repair company inside until a nice young gentleman approached me, asking if I had a cellphone that needed repair, it’s funny because I had just dropped my phone on the way in the store and cracked my screen, I was amazed how fast and friendly the service was. That young man must have known by the look of disgust I had on my face while looking at my phone that it needed repairing. Thanks Cellairis and thanks Mr. Gregory for fixing my screen, I’ll be back!
