The girl I’ve been working with, Edna, has been AMAZING! Unfortunately last night I went in at 8:35 pm and they were closed. Tonight I called to find out if they were closing early again. The guy (servieto?) answered the phone saying «hello?» I asked if it was cellairis and he said «uh, yeah» I asked about the time they closed and he said «what time are you coming?» Over and over round and round me «are your hours until 9pm or not?» Him «Yeah, but what time are you coming?». Ridiculous, then when I suggested he may want to work on his customer service skills he HUNG UP ON ME. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life. Clearly, utterly, and unacceptably unprofessional conduct. SO DISRESPECTFUL! Night and day between him and Edna! She’s the sun shining day time! I want to give her 5 and him 0!

Me dieron muy buen precio y mi telefono iphone que se me habia quebrado la pantalla quedo como nuevo, me sugirieron proteger mi nueva pantalla con un protector de pantalla y con un case mi telefono.
