Jack In the Box

I know Jack in the Box makes the food as it’s ordered (that’s one of the reasons I like them) but even at 9:30 PM there was a fairly steady line up of 3 cars in the the drive thru with each waiting a solid 5 minutes for their order. I’m not sure if that’s unusual or not but it’s worthy of note I think. Food at this location was reasonably consistent with other visits. I’d come back.

This place is finally getting better! I remember when we used to get nasty orders, incomplete/​incorrect orders. Having to wait almost 30 minutes at the drive thru just to get our food. Now… The dining room is also open 24 hours. This location is always hiring and has hired more people… Hence why the wait has gone down to 5 minutes or less. The order accuracy has definitely improved. The service has also gotten waaaay better. You can immediately tell there is more help in the kitchen because the person working the drive thru does not look as frustrated. I usually go here late night hours so I used to see how packed it would get at that time of night and would just see 1 person taking orders, cooking and taking payments. It was crazy! But now I see atleast 2 – 3 people every time I go. That is why I am giving them a better review than I would have before. I see their improvement… Once it remains that way for a few months I may come back and edit my review to show more stars but for now I think 3 is good enough.

Took one for the team after reading some of the worst reviews for a fast food joint… The girl working the drive thru was really friendly and my order only took about 5 minutes. Surprisingly, everything was cooked perfectly, and my food looked just like the picture!

Unilocal needs to come up with a system where we can call a health inspector when we run across a restaurant like this

Pathetic… 20 minutes for 4 tacos and a coke.

My wife I and visited this establishment for a quick bite to eat on our way home and the appearance of the lobby was dirty tables hadn’t been cleaned the beverage area wasn’t stocked or cleaned soda was everywhere there was no true leadership present the person that took our order had a backwards hat and was dancing while preparing our order. The supposed lead went from replacing the trash to prepping the next order without cleaning their hands. No matter how hungry we are we will not go back

I went in the drive tru. tacos were great hamburgers are great even the curly fries were good. service was nice and fast. no complaints about this jack in the box

This particular Jack-​in-​the-​Box has consistently gone downhill over the past couple of years. there does not seem to be ANY quality control measures in place for checking food consistency because it is consistently disgusting and the food does not have any appeal of freshness what so ever! The interior is ALWAYS freezing cold and not very inviting and 3 out of 5 times our order has been wrong at the drive through and forget about going here late night. they are getting high in the parking lot.

I felt the urge to write a review about Jack in the Box tacos!!!
First of all they are cheaper than dirt! Two for $ 1.00! How cheaper can you get? I always order them with extra veggies (meaning lettuce and tomatoes). They contain a mystery meat that to be honest with you, I don’t care to know what’s in it. My guesses have always been meat, beans, condiments and sauce. The truth: dunno/don’t ask/don’t care to know/don’t spoil the surprise :) Order the extra hot sauce that makes them oh-​so special! When ordering, always order extra because it’s a known fact that if your headed back home/​office people will ask you to at least have a bite, and believe me you don’t want to share!
My new find has been their Breakfast Bowls! Tried their Denver Bowl which is the one with veggies and Cheese. They’re probably the worst thing to have for breakfast since they’re oozing with cheese but don’t tell your belly, just wash is down with a sugar packed latte :)
