Panda Express

Food is good but customer service is terrible. They seem understaffed. Long lines and constantly out of the items I want.

First visit to this chain; given a taste before ordering. I had the brown rice, orange chicken and chicken with string beans; all was very good. Service with a smile as well.

Came to this location for lunch. This is my third time coming here. Each time the food was getting worse. The noodles were half cooked and the fried rice should had been dried rice. The one lady was all over the server. She kept watching everything she did. There is a «Now Hiring» sign out front but it should say «Now Firing»!

Yes parking can be crazy because starbucks decided to put their drive through right in front of a driveway. STARBUCKS makes it difficult to get into the parking lot.
Other than the problem with Starbucks. I have to say this panda is nice. The people are friendly. I wanted a passion ice tea and it was perfectly made. We haven’t been to this location in over 3 years because we moved out of state. Now that we have moved back. We will stop buy and get a large passion ice tea. Such mouth heaven. They veggies are always fresh and cut daily onsite. They have a family night on Wednesdays and kids eat free with each paying adult. Limit 1 per paying adult. Sorry for those who have more kids than adults.
We order 3 meals. The orange chicken was deliciously made perfect. The broccoli beef was on point and had crunchy broccoli. The Mushroom chicken didn’t skimp on mushrooms. My son dropped his fortune Cookie and Jonathan one of the employees brought him another one. Thanks to that kind gentleman. We will come back and eat here on a Family Wednesday.

The last star was for the restrooms which I didn’t visit so I couldn’t give them a perfect score.

We were on a road trip over the last weekend and had our lunch here. It was freezing at midday and had the soup on their menu which was extremely peppery! All we could taste was ground pepper! Also the fried rice was badly prepared with no seasoning what so ever! My toddler asked for a chili n soy sauce top-​up to make it palatable. One of the worse Panda Express we visited. The experience was bad enough to put us off this chain for quite some time.

This place is disgusting! Everytime i come here the Orange chicken is DRY and HARD and not worth it. I try to give it the benefit of a doubt becuase it is 10 minutes from my house but i always seem disappointed. THe food is never fresh. Compared to the other pandas i have been to this is THE WORST ONE EVER! Totally disgusting, i went to washington this past week and the panda there was soooo amazing and this place will never compare. Someone needs to give this food and its place a face lift… Why is this place soo blah when the panda in Stone oak is Fabulous? Is the managment that terrible that they want to keep this place a mess, this one will never get my buisness again.\

Parking is «every man for themselves», speeding vehicles in the parking lot, cars not letting you cross safely, maybe it was because it was Memorial Day weekend and there were more cars than normal?
Nice staff, but the food was okay, nothing special, the chow mein noodles were cold, the taraki chicken was good though but I have def had better.

Food tasted as if it had been sitting out all day; it was 1130 when I ordered. I frequent the location on 3009; will not visit this one again.

Food is always good for Panda standards, but how do you not have your drink machine working during dinner service? Call the soda people and fix it. Bad, bad business sense.

I am a hopeless Panda Express Addict… Even though:
1) The place is always dirty (floors, tables, windows).thats why I do take-​out
2) Crowded when I go or just slow servers
3) Food is warm, scarce and unfresh
However when I can, I ask for fresh food, even though they give me the stink eye: P

–Spring Rolls
I don’t know why I am addicted to this place, they must put love potion in it LOL
Nevertheless, I STILL go and get me some PANDA, can’t get enough of it!

If I can rate the customer service, it would be a score below ZERO.
I am still waiting for the Area Manager to return a phone call… it has been over 2 month now so I will try to reach the corporate office. What kind of restaurant business is this? Not returning calls and no apologies? I am so disgusted and disappointed with the service.
My 1 year old son almost went to the ER from biting into a charred piece of something. Not sure what. I showed it to the manager onsite at the restaurant and she said nothing. She offered nothing. Just looked at me like she didn’t care. My son was bleeding and dripping blood all over the table and screaming. I had no idea why until I forced him to open his mouth. With my husband and myself holding him and prying his lips open, I pulled out between his teeth, black charred crap and it was mixed with blood and dribbling down his chin and shirt. Still, no apologies.
The food is mediocre fast food Chinese. What do you expect? The serving is a joke. I asked for TWO servings of mushroom chicken and all I got was MUSHROOMS. Where’s the chicken? Stop cheating the customers! We want our money back. This chain has gone down on the list of ‘go to’ restaurants for many people I know. It used to be a place where friends and family would meet for a quick bite to eat but now, it’s not worth it. Food is crap. Service is horrible.

I’ve had no complaints about this Panda! Its always been good to me and I love it!
The food is always on point. This isnt a wait staff service, so i dont expect to be waited on. I clean up my own mess.
It always seems clean to me. Maybe during the busy hours (lunch time) is when the place gets to be a little crazy. But hey… when I’m hungry, i would prefer someone give me food, than clean the tables.
MMmm… I’m hungry now!

Reason y I like this 1 cuz it’s closer to the shops and Rolling Oaks.

I love me some Panda Express. I get the same thing every time: golden treasure shrimp and Kung pao chicken with steamed rice. I’m sure my blood sugar sky rockets with the sauce/​coating of the shrimp but whatever. After a day at Six Flags I figured I deserved the sugar rush. Most of the tables were dirty and the bathrooms were a mess (and had no toilet paper). I’ll hit another Panda Express next time.

I really wish this weren’t the closest one to me. I’ll not be going back. I have other options close. The steamed rice was not well cooked, the guy that helped me was not listening and not pleasant. He wasn’t unpleasant, just detached. The orange chicken wasn’t terribly fresh, and Mr. Detached didn’t give me my sauce for the Mandarin chicken, meaning I just got… chicken. It wasn’t so Mandarinish.
